I stayed at this location on two separate occasions about a week apart. My first day which was on the 16th of October was not good at all. The staff at the front desk was not helpful and a little bit rude. The room was upstairs when I requested a downstairs room, and it just was a little old and musty. Then when I came back and stayed on the 22nd on Wednesday at 23rd, it was like a completely different motel. The staff and the front office was very nice and helpful, I was able to get the room on the bottom floor and it looked like night and day. The room was very clean everything seemed very new and fresh, the room seems like it was renovated and like a lot newer.

Coffee was ready each of the two mornings at 6:00 am as advertised. Good coffee too. Great location in Elko for getting on/off freeway and finding food. The person at the counter was very nice, very helpful. He allowed me to pick a downstairs room. The TV selection was good.

The room is old/dated. The floors are REALLY spongy and it felt as though I might fall through (even on the ground floor). The toilet was SO CLOSE to the door and bathtub I had to really squeeze in there to take a number 2. Needs a hand held shower head so I could use less water and actually rinse the soap off.

Amazing continental breakfast. Delicious yogurt and fruit. The cranberry juice was out of this world phenomenal. Orange juice and cereal was wonderful as well. Amazing staff and wonderful hospitality. Extremely clean room and everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and pillows were like sleeping on clouds. My wife and I didn’t want to leave.

Nothing. It was Perfect.

The only thing that wasn’t great were the kids running loudly in the room above us… this is to be expected with a floor level room and it was no fault of the hotels. Parents should teach their children to respect the lower floor guests by being a little more gentle

Despite how it looks on the outside, the inside is surprisingly tidy and looks renovated? It's one of those rare Days Inn where the inside looks way better than how the outside looks. I know they dont have real breakfast here, but we were leaving at dawn so it didn't really matter anyways.

Could hear people walking in room above us, and rooms are close to main road so be prepared to hear traffic. Free breakfast was minimal and disappointing.

This place was clean well maintained. The staff were accommodating and gracious. The price was affordable. The bed was amazing. The sheets amazing. The toiletries awesome. And there is a park across the street to walk off the driving kinks.

The couple who own the place are very pleasant. The rooms are clean and well-kept. Everything works well.

The only complaint I would have would be road noise, but that is not the fault of the property.

Comfortable bed. Continental breakfast was adequate. good parking.

Bathroom floors and shower walls need more attention when being cleaned. Vacuuming around bed especially needs more attention.
