We were a group of 3 healthcare professionals who transferred a minor to a hospital in Eskilstuna late at night. The trip to Eskilstuna, handover to the hospital staff, and lack of taxi service at the time took us till 4am to get to the hotel. Robert messaged me that he would extend our checkout to rest a bit, which normally is done at 11 am. He also reserved some breakfast in case we had missed it. These little things make the customer happy. Will recommend the hotel again. Malcolm

Nice location, easy to access. Comfortable bed, warm room!

Parking is big minus for non Swedish, all signs is in Swedish and for me was very hard to understand where I can park my car. Asked reception to help, but in time of checking nobody care about me and didn’t offer hotel parking. Hotel elevator needs renovation!

- The noises. The noise of flushing the toilet, the sound of running water from the neighbour, the noisy engines from the street, and the worst of all, were those who were back at 3am talking and laughing in the corridor! I stayed for 3 nights and none of the nights were quiet!

Very nice place - central, comfy, with the best breakfast and super nice staff. The Booking.com had sold us a room that was not available. And the hotel was fully booked for the night. After many calls and long minutes on the phone the guy at the reception was able to give us a room after all. Instead of a twin we gota double room which in our case was what we actually wanted in the first place. The room was quiet and very comfortable. Even the lobby was very cosy and I spent some time there after check-out. The breakfast had a large selection of things available.

Comfortable beds, the hotel is located in the centrum . Very good breakfast.

There was a smell in the bathroom. Room space is average for the room’s category in Scandinavian hotels - comfortable but not big .

I do not leave recommendations very often, but this time I just had to! The stuff members were just amazing, very kind and patient, one can leave the luggage if comes earlier and they even let me make an early check-in. This is how one hotel should be. Clean and like on the photos! Would gladly come again.

Lovely breakfast with lots of choices including fresh waffles. Very nice staff who were very helpful with parking payment and use of waffle machine nothing was too much trouble great customer service.

Limited parking on site so the only other option was paid on street parking.

There was an issue with the water so we were told to avoid drinking water unless boiling it first.

Good location. The hotel was much better then expected, never tried Best Western Before and maybe I had low expectations… Positively surprised. Nice and cleans room and okey breakfast. It was a new restaurant in the building that seemed very busy, I wish I had tried it.

Nothing to really complain about.

All was good but the bed is small for two person and the bath room needs more protection of water trowing out of the bathroom.

I like it but those needs to be look into.
