The staff was very nice and hard working. The hotel is split in 2 parts which is good because we stayed on the quiet side and there are different areas to explore.

The water park is great but the water is very rough for kids skin or sensitive skin. We all had an allergic reaction. It’s great to have this tho but better for kids over 8 years old. When staying in the back side of the hotel, we are not allowed to use the front pool by the beach, which I don’t understand why. We used it anyway because we had drinks at the pool bar and ate at the restaurant so I don’t see why we couldn’t use it!

I only booked this hotel because of the water park for my son to play at, but to go on the slides, you have to be 115cm and he is not, so I wouldn't of booked this hotel if I new that, also they give you a pool towel, but you can not change it on your stay, so a new pool towel every day would be nice

Nice renovated spacious room with balcony, very clean and with a cool small gym.

The noise made by the cleaning personnel in the morning because they talk through those walkie talkies. It is really annoying because they woke you up in the morning and I saw other clients complaining so I don’t understand why they don’t solve this issue because otherwise the hotel would be nice and comfortable.

Perfect location, the price included a lovely spacious room + a very good breakfast. The hotel has a great pool and a gym, and even a waterpark! The entire place is also very beautiful. The staff was accommodating, answered our needs (for example by adding another desk for our entire 9-day stay) and was very lovely. I whole-heartedly recommend this place, we will definitely return.

Clean and amazing accomodation for a such a good price. If you want to swim in the sea you need to ho accross the street. On the beach aren ´t many sun loungers so you should come in the morning. This place is perfect for kids because they can enjoy waterpark and kids area in the hotel. I very recommend this hotel

From the outside the water world was very attractive. However in reality, we were disappointed. The water from the water world contains chemical which our skin reacted with a rash. The eyes were also reacted I the water. The water world was exposed too much for sun and it would have been better if there was more protection from the sun.

The breakfast was fine. The hotel offers various options. The staff was not as friendly as other hotels. Love the convenient location to Paradise Resort, which is across the street. There is a staff to direct traffic which is appreciated. The main attraction is the water park! Love the size and cleanliness of the rooms.

I think they should clean air conditioners more frequently because rooms smell like mold when they start working.

Great beach and front-side facilities. Nice pools. Excellent waterpark which where more fun and challenging than they look 😁 it's not just for kids. Clean facilities and rooms, super friendly staff, motorbike for rent at normal prices. Great price too all considering. We had a great time. Also visit the Malibu bar just around the corner. It's a bit hidden away behind the coffee shop, surrounded by massage salons, but a very charming decorated place to sit and have a drink with super friendly owners who are happy to have a chat with you.

As you may expect from a place like this not the cheapest prices in the bar/restaurant. Also ordering a taxi comes with a premium vs just stopping one at the road. Can be expected, just something to consider. It's a great location for the beach, but not much to do here compared to white sand or Kai Bae. So a motorbike is recommended.

The room was clean , friendly staff especially the security staff they are very nice , breakfast is delicious but too cold

The door and wall are so thin we can hear everything from outside A woman has braces , not very tall (in the breakfast room) showing poor behavior and eyesight when looking at guests especially me and my husband.
