Location was very good, within a distance of public transport (Orange Metro line) to some major attractions. The restaurant was good and there we tasted a nice and traditional breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They did everything to make our stay comfortable.

Busy road means noise in some rooms, and generally various sources of noise can be addressed more as it can disturb at times and seems key to make the hotel get the top stars for their category of hotel.

Location is right in front of Chauburji Metro Station, Breakfast included every morning, polite and professional staff, warm shower available everyday for cold November days.

There were some rats fighting in the ceiling early morning, and they quietly went down and opened the potato chips packaging, as well as a single banana when we were sleeping. Luckily we're animal lovers, so they didn't really bother us.

I stayed at Hotel Orange One for three weeks. This was a very comfortable place to stay as a foreigner. The staff are really friendly and accommodating. If you ever need anything or have any problems, the staff are eager to help you out. The hotel itself is new and the rooms are clean, modern and spacious. I had no issues. The food options were good too. The restaurant/room service staff are very nice and friendly. The location is also good, and you can easily and quickly get to the Old city and see all the tourist areas. I liked that the hotel was next to the train station. I would highly recommend Hotel Orange One if you are visiting Lahore!

Hotel is centrally located with all touristy places nearby. There is also a metro station next door for anything further away. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. There is also a restaurant on the top floor which serves good meals. Rooms have AC and a fan which is needed when it’s hot outside.

Shower water was room temperature and not hot. I don’t mind on hot summer days but others might think otherwise.

Great location, good view, top notch cleanliness and aesthetic decor

No elevator for higher floors especially dinning hall on rooftop. Staff was a little ambiguous, bathroom amenities weren’t proper, on asking they just said okay, instead of providing, if something isn’t available or included in package, staff should just say so, instead of being ambiguous

The location is very close to a Metro station. This is a main reason to choose this hotel. The room was spacious.

It took much time in the check out. It seems to be incorrect information kept in the hotel booking system. But the person in the reception was polite. He apologized me for waiting longer.

Really enjoyable stay. Rooms tidy, clean, spacious and well equipped. AC was flawlessly working during the heat outside. Saqib was very helpful as all the kitchen stuff.

Breakfast could have a little more options. Location not in the city centre, but easy to access via public transport, riksha, etc.
