We were staying at your hotel due to a severe storm that blew through Omaha, NE. We lost power at our home and we needed a comfortable place to stay. We made our reservation online and then zipped over to the hotel which was only 5 minutes from our home. The first person we met was the host at check-in. Ronny was his name. He was great! He was being inundated with phone calls and walk ins, because so many people needed a place to stay after the storm. Ronny kept his cool and kept smiling through it all. The hotel quickly sold out, and Ronny had to tell people that there were no more rooms. He apologized to each person as he told them that the hotel was booked. It was a tough situation and he managed it wonderfully! We woke up at 6:00 and went down to the main level for breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised with the variety of food offered. We enjoyed our breakfast and the coffee was great too. We felt like it was a very good value for our money, and your hotel served as a wonderful refuge from the storm.

The room was bigger than what I imagined. Hotel rooms tend to feel crowded with 6 people but not this hotel room. Breakfast was pretty good with a wide variety of food. We didn't use/need it but I liked how there was a mini store with drinks and snacks in the lobby to purchase.

The hotel looked like it was undergoing some renovation. Our bathroom was big but the door wouldn't close all the way and the handle was lose so it was hard to pull shut. The elevator had broken tiles in it and the pool ladder was loose and wobbly

We have stayed at multiple Holiday Inn Express and they never fail to make us happy. Very clean, very friendly. The beds are VERY comfortable and they have full sized pillows that don't flatten.

The lady who is in charge of breakfast was a pleasure to meet. She was there most of the time we were there. Breakfast was Great. She asked if we needed anything and we were Great. Joshua, is a Great asset to your Hotel. We needed more towels and he was happy to accommodate. You need to give special recognition to both of these great employees you have. My room was not ready when we rolled in and they upgraded our room at no extra charge. It was beautiful.

The Hotel was short housekeepers. We were there only 2 days and had to get extra towels and dump our own trash. With 2 days left on our stay. I decided to not have our room cleaned until after we left. This is how it is with help. I understand there is plenty of places looking for help and can not get them.

Love it Lori front desk Lady was the best so sweet and helpful all the staff was great breakfast was awesome and loved hot tub our tv wasn't working but they got right on it and got it fixed will stay again

We really enjoyed the decor. It seemed like it was recently updated. We like the location, it is close to where we need to go. I wish there was a convince store closer, but that has nothing to do with the hotel.

they are currently remodeling and therefore there was some construction around the site and floors. They gave us a newly remodeled the room and it was very nice. The beds have a very nice sheets and we’re quite comfortable.

It was a very clean and updated location.

The only downfall I found was the pool area really needed some TLC . The ceiling was bulging from a leak, the window was missing tiles.

Very friendly staff, beautiful room with a LOT of space, extremely clean and great atmosphere! Saving this one so we can come back for sure.

Very good place to stay,was in a good location for all our activities centrally located for wedding places we attended.
