Our stay at this charming apartment was absolutely wonderful. We arrived earlier than expected, and Eduardo went out of his way to accommodate us, which set a welcoming tone right from the start. The location couldn’t be more central—nestled in the heart of Bologna, surrounded by the city’s rich history and vibrant atmosphere. Despite being on a lively street that stays illuminated well into the night, the apartment is impressively quiet thanks to excellent double-glazed windows. The functioning shutters also made it easy to block out any light for a restful sleep. The apartment itself was spotless, with a perfectly sized bedroom and a spacious bathroom featuring an extra-large shower. Access was convenient, with both an elevator and stairs, and we felt very secure thanks to the double-entry system and private key access. Breakfast at the café just across the street was a good touch.

The central location , near to everything.Nice modern bathroom . Eduardo was so easy to deal with by what app , arranging meeting times etc and also arranged a taxi to the airport.

It was on a busy , sometimes noisy street , especially noticed when the windows were open for fresh cool air .But I expected this . It would have been nice to have a toilet in the communal area, for use during check in & when collecting baggage at the end of stay .

Excellent staff - very welcoming and extremely helpful. Fantastic location. Good size room and excellent facilities.

Breakfast - whilst the arrangement with the bar worked well, the breakfast allocation could have been more substantial (eg 2 croissants per person) The weather was hot and as a result the room was warm/stuffy and the air conditioning had not been turned on. Whilst I understand the eco reason for delaying turning on the aircon, some consideration needs to be given to the weather conditions.

Location is perfect yet the room was very quiet due to excellent modern double/triple glazed windows. The bathroom was lovely was a very big shower and tastefully tiled in my favourite turquoise colour. The cafe for breakfast across the way was very nice with excellent croissants al pistacchio

Kettle only in public are a. I would have like a kettle in my room so I could have made tea at 5 am when I woke with a coughing fit. I did not want to go to the public area in my nightdress and possibly disturb other guests. Also not really fault of hotel but taxi driver had three attempts to find the hotel and drive me all over the city centre until finding the location. I then was not exactly sure which cafe was the close by one and so took a little time to locate the property door. It is not the cafe on the corner of the square and the street but the cafe a little further down the street with tables outside opposite the Moleskin shop which is to the left of the hotel street door.

We loved everything about the hotel. The location is the best! You cannot find better places than this hotel. Olivia is extremely nice and reliable. Thank you for everything.

Great location with a great view of piazza Maggiore. Room size is good with great ceiling art.

No dedicated garage to park your car. Bed and bedding quality was no greater than IKEA quality . Breakfast was minimal and offsite. A/c was card controlled so if you wanted to take a nap for 1 hour in the afternoon, temperature would never get comfortable which is a problem for most Italian accommodations so come prepared with a fan.Refrigerator was not on upon entering and complimentary water was left at room temperature. Some of these items can be overlooked but not at more than $300 / night for a bed and breakfast.

Really excellent hotel, lovely staff who were so accommodating and recommended some amazing restaurants for us to eat at. Will definitely try and stay here again and we really appreciated the free breakfast included from the cafe opposite. Due to the nature of buildings in Bologna, there is no physical reception but the staff were super responsive on Whatsapp for me to check in. The hotel sits right on the main square so it's the perfect location. Thank you so much we will be back!

The location was amazing! So central and also once the windows were closed - so quiet!! Close to it all!! Olivia was an amazing host. She helped from beginning to end and added a little bit of comfort for a solo traveller! The wine glass made my quiet drink so much more special! The room was clean and tidy. There was water on arrival and a fridge to store local purchases. Tea and coffee in the common area was a lovely addition.

The room temperature wasnt able to be controlled separately from the main building. I think it was just the time of year. It was surprisingly warm for spring, and I wasn't able to cool the room without the windows open. Wouldn't stop me from returning or staying longer if I had the chance!

It is more than you expect. The setup will make you categorise it as a guest house but the care and attention to detail is of a well-run 3 star hotel calibre. The windows isolate the street noise very well, bathroom is spacious and functional, cleanliness is excellent, beds are comfortable and the breakfast voucher for a neighbour cafe gives you all you need. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and no fuss people.

Just a super minor thing, I did miss a “do not disturb” badge for the door. We stayed for 2 nights and usually I prefer to skip the cleaning for short stays.

The stay was perfect! We were very warm welcomed and taken care of (food recommendations on point) and allowed to keep the suitcases for the day after the check out. Breakfast was provided by the local bar- it was amazing to sit in the city center and have a coffe! The location was top, with the view on Piazza Maggiore. Highly recommended :)
