I had a great time at Best Western Premier and the staff really made it special. I want to say a big thank you to Mrs. Iman and her female colleague at reception. She was so welcoming, helpful and friendly. She made the whole experience really enjoyable and easy. The restaurant team, Chef Sakenth, Jeslin and Jun, were amazing too. They went the extra mile to make each meal memorable, and their thoughtful service, attention to detail and warm hospitality really stood out. They were always smiling and made me feel valued and cared for. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the hotel's overall ambiance was delightful. I'd definitely recommend BWP to anyone looking for a pleasant stay with excellent hospitality.

There weren't enough dry towels in the pool and we had to wait twice for the staff to bring more because other guests had used them all up. Even though the room was supposed to have satellite TV, it wasn't connected and the picture quality was pretty bad.

The shower area drainage was blocked and was stinking. I have stayed here, at least 4 times within 1 year. Two times, I have faced this issue with water blockage at the shower. Informed both the times. But it was two different rooms, though. Either its a maintenance team issue or an unsolved common drainage issue.

Overall, I had a great experience with the Best Western Premier Muscat; the staff was accommodating, and the amenities were great. Our rooms had proper office desks and chairs, a table lamp, and all the necessary things. I appreciated it!

Insufficient & Congested Parking

Good location

Best western is always a very good hotel in my experience. Here the breakfast was very nice, ample choice of different foods and available until 10:30, which in my experience is not always the case. The staff was very polite and helpful. There is plenty of parking around the property, so arriving with a car was easy enough. There is a little bar on the 8th floor that had just opened a few weeks before our staying, that also has board games. Worth visiting when you have some time in the evening and want to unwind.

There is nothing in particular I didn't like.
