It was clean, the room was really spacious and the sea view was very nice. There was an insect net and the AC worked as expected. The breakfast was really good and diverse, we really enjoyed it. The pool and beach staff was very professional and they kept the area clean. It was very convenient to "rent" beach towels for free. Parking near the hotel is pretty cheap, 10 RON per day and free during the weekend.

Our bathroom had a strong sewage smell, this was the reason I gave a lower score. Parking is small for the hotel and it can be hard to find available public spaces if there are events happening nearby. Unfortunately, there was some kind of festival across de hotel with loud music for the entire weekend and there was an echo and we could hear the music even at the beach. Of course, this is not the hotel's fault, just an FYI if this is a deal breaker for some guests.

The location is fantastic as it's right on the beach, and the sea-facing views have balconies that are perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. The pool and accompanying beach bar were great - our son spent hours and hours at the pool each day, when the sea water was too cold, and we as parents got to enjoy drinks from the bar and relaxed. The playground and trampoline right next to the pool is also awesome for kids as they can take breaks from the pool there.

The only two suggestions for improvement would be: 1) to address the musty smell in the bathrooms (it was the first thing that hit us when we walked into the rooms but it did go away after we left the bathroom vent running for a few hours) and 2) to add deadbolts or soe child-proof locking mechanism to the main room door and possibly even the balcony doors (as a family with young kids, we were always worried about them finding their way out of the room or onto the balcony in the middle of the night)

Very good location and has a private beach with enough sunbeds for everyone! Walking distance from the delphinarium, microrezervation and fun village. They are between 5-20 mins away. The food at the restaurant was fantastic , with some exceptions ( steak was congratulations cooked on our last night- very overcooked). The hotel was really clean and cleaned as often as you wanted so that is a big plus. The cleaning ladies very helpful and nice so kudos to them! The restaurant staff was absolutely smashing the first 3 night but not on the last night when we had a young girl that seems was just starting! She was very slow and very forgetful of the orders . Her attitude was not great when we told her that the steak was very overcooked although we had already paid so it was more of a vent from our side as it was an expensive steak! Apart from this the hotel was amazing! Very clean trough-out, very good cocktails, very good food, not too noisy especially at night!

Very few parking spaces available. Hopefully they can sort this out as could be a big inconvenient !

Room size is good, location very good also. There are a lot of paid parking spots near the hotel, so parking should not be a problem. There are also some nice restaurants in the area to have lunch or dinner. The hotel restaurant is highly rated, but I could not have dinner there since it was all booked, maybe another time. The beach in front of the hotel is very nice, could not try it since our trip was off-season, but it is definitely a good hotel during peak season for beach proximity

Breakfast accommodation is quite annoying, there is a queue for everything : coffee, food, tea, just anything you want you need to queue to get it. Food quality for breakfast could have been a bit better, however they do offer quite some choices compared to other hotels.

There is a little issue with the parking, as you have to part across the street from the hotel. Not a major inconvenient. Also, you can't charge the drinks at the pool to your room, so you need to pay on the spot. Again, not a big problem. The private beach is ok, nice and clean, fine sand with enough space, and you don't have a huge distance to walk to the sea, like the rest of Mamaia.

As a family with two kids under two, beforehand we were worried whether the place would satisfy our needs but everything was perfect. We stayed in an apartment with sea view that offered us amazing sunrises. The apartment was spotless clean and Ms Alexandrina, who was responsible for the cleaning on the 6th floor, ensured all our requests were met. The restaurant had a good variety of dishes and we were happy with all the meals we had there. We will gladly return!

I appreciated the hotel location, it is beachfront and the variety of breakfast . The rooms are clean and the staff really friendly. We highly recommend it in summer time.

We were in may and they didn't open the massage facilities, only the sauna. Because of the bad weather we didn't have many options for activities inside. So, we recommend this hotel only in the hot season, because it has a private beach with beach chairs, pool and space for children activities.

1. extremely loud group of tourists next to our room, most certainly not all of them actually checked in at the hotel (there were more than 8 people on the hallway in front of a room, drinking and socializing for 2 hours like it was their own hotel) and nobody even noticed although there was video surveillance on each floor 2. second day, second share of “fun”. there was this half naked guy wandering around the hotel, acting weird and looking weirder (as if he just got out of a fight). it did not feel safe

-seems like a recently renovated hotel -very clean -very friendly staff -nice comfortable rooms (recommended -with the sea view, totally worth it) -Daniela the lady that does massage is -amazing - absolutely recommend her. nice new sauna + hamam at the SPA -was quiet and peaceful (was there during off season) mainly as there are no bars and restaurants around, if that’s what you are after it’s perfect -the beach is right out of the hotel, no need to walk it’s just there -breakfast is average, rather diverse - the promenade is 5 min away - the cable car is 7 min away

-location may be an issue - it’s the last one on this part or the coast, right there where people from outside the hotel come to chill, school kids etc so can be noise -right next to the road also, same as above -the sea is pretty shallow -the beach is probably better out there in the middle of the Mamaia coast - wider cleaner, more facilities and attractions

Great location, family friendly, the hotel is clean and everyone was very polite and helpful! We were very comfortable and safe for the whole staying.

There was a smell coming from the bathroom but nothing too major. We kept the fan on all the time and this was helpful.
