I was given a very warm welcome, and the accommodation was truly beautiful! It’s right in the heart of everything, and you can easily reach anything within 15–20 minutes on foot .. whether it’s the sandy beach, the harbor, a supermarket, a bakery, or bars and restaurants. Everything was close by, and I really enjoyed it. The hosts were also very helpful. One evening I had a problem with the air conditioner, and they came to help me immediately and fixed it for me. I can highly recommend it and would gladly come back anytime.

The view from the room was amazing!! It was truly something to wake up to and even at night you could see the city coming alive with all the lights at the same time, the boats in the port. The room is slightly small. There are no cupboards provided either. The bathroom/toilet is tiny with no space to even turn. The location is a 10 minute walk from the port. Really nice location with not too much traffic to wake you up, yet central enough to walk everywhere in the city. The balcony and the view is the best in this hotel. The staff/owners are extremely kind and helpful.

There is no elevator, so taking luggage up and down is a pain. The toilet is tiny and there are no cupboards to keep things or any space. All in all a tiny space. When no breakfast is offered, some kind of facility could be provided to atleast make your own.

I absolutely loved our room! We had the sea view with a balcony, and the room was beautifully designed. There was also a storm on one of the days we stayed in Paros, but it was a comfortable room to stay in when we all had to stay indoors until the storm calmed. I loved everything about the room. The location was also perfect - we came into Paros via Ferry and it was only a 15min walk / 5 min drive from the port. Super markets and restaurants were also all close by so it was a very convenient location. We rented a car for the day, and we could drive everywhere within half an hour from the hotel.

There were a few drain flies which were flying around the bathroom. Not a major issue but it did bother me a little bit.

Well run and maintained modest rooms. Water view from our balcony wonderful. Very good place to stay near beach and short walk to port. Sea breeze kept our room cool. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds, good fridge, functional bathroom and reliable air con. Nice original local art displayed in common areas. Appealing beach atmosphere. Far enough away from the busy port but close enough for you to trolley luggage. Foreshore footpath was better than expected. Large supermarkets, cafes and restaurants short walk. Reception is open long hours to greet and help frazzled guests arriving on late ferries settle in. Perfect. Thank you Lizz for your help.

The room was very spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The balcony was large with comfortable furniture and a drying rack for swimming costumes etc. We enjoyed the 2 plate stove, kettle and kitchen utensils which allowed for self catering on occasion. The air-conditioner worked well. The two ladies who alternated at reception were exceptionally friendly, helpful and had good suggestions for trips and transport. We enjoyed the beach across the road which allowed for an easy swim in the afternoons after exploring the island. We enjoyed being able to have sundowners and watch the magnificent sunset from the beach bar across the road, Cava D'Oro. (Livadia restaurant wasn't yet open). Easy walking distance to many restaurants, a supermarket, the port and bus depot. Hotel Livadia exceeded our expectations! Highly recommended!

A lovely location on the sea front directly opposite Livadia Beach. An easy walk into the centre to the restaurants and shops. The facilities were new, clean and working (not always the case in Greece…). The staff were friendly and the room serviced daily.

We had a room at the back (see view in attached pic) which was beautifully sunny in the morning, but no sea view. The room was also quite small - but sufficient for a couple. No cause for complaint!

The view, location, staff, pillows and bed were all fabulous! Good tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge in the room. Great value for the price. Loads of nice restaurants nearby. And the beach just across the road made it ideal for a relaxing vacation. The balcony was shaded in the morning, so nice and comfortable for sitting out for a morning coffee. Aircon worked well. Will definitely come back! It's the best location on the island.

While the shower was sufficient, it was quite small and had a shower curtain which I don't like. But only a minor detail.

Great location by the beach and by some good beachside restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner. Easy to walk to the historic centre. Beautiful view from our balcony (we were sea view second floor). Decent room - very good value for money. Beach towels provided free of charge. Quiet at night. Place nearby to hire quad bikes etc to explore the island. Supermarket nearby too.

There was nothing we didn’t like. For us it was perfect.

The location and view from the room were incredible - right across the road from the beach. It was within walking distance to the port and centre of town but far enough away so that it wasn’t too noisy or busy. The staff were excellent and incredibly helpful letting us borrow beach towels and an umbrella, store bags and accomodating an early check in. We would 100% return.

The bathroom is a little dated but was clean and functional.

Good location, right on the waterfront. Room was comfortable and clean. Even though it is a busy area, the room was very quiet.

I booked the sea view triple room as we wanted an extra bed and a nice view for some balcony drinks. For some reason when booking the triple bed, it changed the number of people to include a child. I think the owner was trying to do the right thing giving us a slightly bigger apartment instead of the triple bed sea view, however it had a view of the backyard next door and no sea view at all. Didn’t bother us too much as we were only there for one night but would have been nice getting a heads up or asking if we wanted to change rooms before just doing it, as it was technically not what we paid for. Other than that, no other negatives!
