We accidentally left behind a piece of gold jewelry after check-out, and the hotel staff contacted us and returned it — such honesty and integrity are rare and truly appreciated. The room was spotlessly clean, well soundproofed, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Everything about our stay was perfect. Highly recommended!

The room was big and comfortable. it also had a balcony which was great. The staff were super friendly especially Ali when the internet was not connecting, he made sure to solve the problem

I just didnt like that the room smelled like cigarette and the towels were a bit old with few stains on them but that was also solved

Attentive staff. Beautiful view with balcony. Great location. Very nice room. Nice kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave, mini-frig, and sink. Just need to ask for cooking ware and buy dish soap and sponge.

Advertisement inaccurate. Stated it had a restaurant, pool, and could use a credit card to pay. No capability to use credit cards, so I had to pay in cash for the entire 9-day stay. It cost me a lot in ATM fees unfortunately.

WiFi service Breakfast is useless Had to pay an extra amount for the breakfast, as the quoted price on the hotel system was for 1 adult while on booking.com the option was for two.

It is good value for money, the room is bigger than excepted, it was clean, the staff are responsive, and the area looks that it is crowded but it is calm and no one will bother you while sleeping

The hotel needs more staff specially at night, some basic facilities were not available (toothbrush & slippers), and one night we came to the reception and full of shisha smell that was not pleasant

Very helpful staff with excellent customer service🫡 The hotel's facilities are mostly new and overall it is super clean 👌 Good location, many good restaurants around, and a hypermarket around the corner, and many top arabic sweet stores. Also a good cafe is there minutes away Big rooms Big balcony
