Personel was on point. Always a warm welcome when coming in or going out. The cleaning personnel was awesome as well. cleaning the room no matter the time you were away, respectful and very polite The facilities were wonderful, one of the best hotels i’ve ever stayed at. Outside as well as inside, very clean, welcoming and pleasant. I will gladly be coming back.

how about…. nothing ? maybe needs a few more accommodations for the smokers, like a bench at the back or something, apart from that, really have nothing bad to say.

Staff was prompt to assist our family of four with two under five. Rapid assistance setting up our pull out couch. Kindly provided us with a free cup of milk from the kitchen in the evening as we were trying to settle our toddler. Love that we had a fridge to keep milk on hand for him prior to running out that last day. Easily accessible from highway with tons of amenities nearby had we needed them.

We had zero complaints.

We have stayed there before a couple of years ago and loved it, we weren't disappointed this time. Great staff, clean, room was great, bed was very comfortable. Centrally located, dining choices and shopping within walking distance.

Absolutely nothing.

Everything was great, will be our go to when we’re in the area visiting family. The room was very comfortable & clean. Breakfast was good. Close to shopping & restaurants.

We had trouble working the tv and remote. Bill, one of the managers, was very kind to come up & trouble shoot for us.

Every little comfort included. Breakfast, iron, hair dryer, TV, coffee/tea with brewer., seating area. Pretty blind! I want one. ☺️

The beautiful firepit outside was right below my window on the 3rd floor, and people were still out there when I went to bed around midnight. I could hear loud talking and laughing but not too extreme. I did eventually fall asleep.

Given the lack of competition locally, I expected this place to take advantage of that fact and be a bad value, but it was quite nice. Breakfast was very good and the room was large and comfortable.

We found it a bit hard to find.

Easy highway access to everywhere we needed to go. Clean, beautiful, and peaceful. Chelsea at the front desk was great both nights we were there. Elevator was quick and rooms were comfortable! Loved the coffee, hot tea, and hot chocolate in the lobby. Overall, a really wonderful hotel that we would stay at again.

Didn't love how dark the room was. We had every light on during the day and the shade up and it was still pretty dark. Fine if u are just staying here to sleep but a little too dark if you are trying to spend time in the room. Didn't love the breakfast. Grateful they had one but it just wasn't as nice as most places at that price point. Didn't love that they had the tiny bottles for shampoo/conditioner. Most places have the dispensers on the wall so we didn't bring our stuff. That was a mistake! These things wouldn't prevent us from coming back but they are things we noticed.

Location waa 5 minutes from my son, making it very convenient. The room was comfortable, not as clean as I would like, but it was ok.

The one bed had some random dirt on the mattress and fitted sheet. Also, some hairs in the bathroom.

1. Very smooth and friendly checkin 2. Plenty parking 3. Large clean rooms 4. Coffee machine, fridge and microwave in room was a useful convenience 5. Complementary breakfast was functional and good.

Couldn’t keep window blinds open as the ground floor room is very close to the car park. They have a printed sheer in the window which doesn’t let in much natural light. So always need the lights on in the room.

The breakfast was far better than expected! The room was updated and very clean. Great location.

The only thing I wish was better was the pillows on the beds. Not very comfortable at all. That's the only thing I wish was different.
