lovely clean sheets and towels. Nice fresh new kitchen area. Very easy to find on map and handy to most things. Very friendly staff. Very good heater and bathroom fan. Separate toilet with window- was very convenient. Good off street parking. Loved the ginger nuts. Good TV in lounge.

Decor in bedroom and bathroom is a bit tired, needs refreshed. A rip in wallpaper in bedroom above the door and bedroom TV would not work- no signal. Needs a more modern updated shower rose and control for better pressure. Cobwebs visible in some inside window corners and round wardrobe trim.

The motel was spacious except for one small bedroom. The accommodation was very clean and had cooking amenities which was really good for us as we were staying 4 nights. Staff member was very pleasant, helpful and cheerful. The motel was nice and quiet with good heating and electric blankets so met our needs perfectly. I would definitely recommend this motel.

the chairs around the dining table are a bit wobbly and definitely need replacing. the two wooden chairs were excellent. Perhaps adding one more lounge chair would make the stay more comfortable for four people.

The two bedroom/4 bed unit was very spacious which was great as we had a lot of sports gear as well as usual travel gear. It appeared to be recently renovated and nice and clean. Good near central location off the main road so pretty quiet at night. Staff were friendly.

There were four of us and only comfortable seating (sofas) for three. WC is in the bathroom with the shower so took some coordination.

The room was very well set up, the bed was comfortable. The layout of the accommodation was well thought out as well. The kitchen was well-stocked, I was able to make myself a lovely cup of tea in the evening.

There was very limited TV channel options in the bedroom, I didn't check the TV in the living area. Upon arrival, a drizzly cool Invercargill day, the heat pump was on cool mode, which I quickly changed to warming mode, as it was quite cool in the room when I arrived.

This motel unit is large with a full kitchen and comfy king bed. It is very well located in a very pleasant area.

We were advised that the unit we were in is to be updated soon and it needs it. The decor is tired generally and the bathroom is to a 1970s design.

Everything! Modern felt like my home but better decor and loved the Sky and channels, Huge Tv Shower was Awesome!!! Rooms and beds very comfy. Great Access in and out of Motel for a huge Van and Reception lady was lovely.

No Spa but was getting renovated. Dryer was not drying properly unless it was me and didnt no how to work it. Overall still was my favourite would love too get me a holiday home just like this. Thank u so much will come again.

Great value for money, our go to accommodation when visiting family in Invercargill. Staff friendly, motel is clean, warm & comfortable. Enjoyed the refurbished bathroom, and the extra TV in the bedroom is great for a family travelling.

No complaints, but found the one bedroom apartment 'living area' a lil cramped in comparison to the two bedroom 'living area' which we normally book. Still great value though.

Great location, amazing people. Spacious and lovely accommodation. Really clean and everything you could need full kitchen facilities separate bathroom and toilet. Layout was like a one bedroom flat, very warm and cozy. Used laundry while there and was great.

We chose 2 bedrooms unit this time and it was over-expected then the pictures seeing on booking.com. It's perfect size for us even we were able to invite our parents to join our dinner on 6-seats dinning table for the holidays. Staffs were nice and tried hard to offer the service during the holidays and it's really appreciated.

Only one thing annoying during the stay is our neighbors who has smoking habits and they took turns to smoke outside of their room however it makes us to close the windows when the temperature went up in the daytime. Luckily they only stayed 2 days so we don't need to share the second-hand smoke from them again and again. On the other hand it will be even better if they do have flexibility on taking credit card without surcharge for the rooms especially we stayed for 5 nights.

Very nice inside. Was just perfect! 5 of us girls stayed there to watch the netball game for the night. Was exactly what we needed! Lovely staff, very clean.

Only thing I would change is that there was 2 x 2 seater couches. Would've been better with a 1 3 seater to accommodate all 5 of us. But a very minor problem
