Large mini suites with kitchenette and outdoor patio to sit and enjoy the evening. Lovely owners, cleanest place and top end of my budget travels but well worth it. If you have a car, then great location. If you are walking, as I was, then 1/2 hour walk to city centre. Right behind is the fabulous Queens Park with many gardens, zoo, aviary, playground, golf course, frisbee golf and much more. Very beautiful park, all free. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

I liked everything.

Very flexible. We checked in 1 hour before the designated time of 2:00 pm. Queens Park besides the hotel is an added value for this motel. Overall, the motel was clean and the customer service of the manager/owner was outstanding.

Suggestion for improvement: They could put some better cooking pots and fry pans. The current cooking pan was difficult to place on the burner stably. The burner heat is difficult to control even when it is low.

The room was exceptionally spacious and spotlessly clean, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hotel also offers free parking, which is a great convenience. Additionally, the supermarket and restaurants are located nearby, just a short drive away. The staff were warm, kind, and always ready to assist, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Bed was really comfortable and staff was great and helpful. Original room was located up some really narrow stairs. Just on the off chance I asked if they had any ground floor rooms and the lady changed us straight away. I have a balance issue so was worried about falling. Truly lovely lady. Room needs updating but it had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable

Very close to town, but right next to the gardens, convenient and peaceful. The kitchen was compact, but fully furnished with microwave and hotplate, should one prefer to cook there. Parking for both of our cars was a bonus.

The shower head was small and water pressure insufficient for a comfortable shower.

I loved this place. The owner made us feel very welcome. Our little unit had a lounge with kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. There was plenty of space. the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked came with stove, oven and microwave. The Wi-Fi worked well. I would stay here again.

It says on booking.com it is pet friendly. We phoned the owners at the time of booking to ask if we could bring our little dog and they said yes. But when we arrived they said they didn't know about our dog. They were fine with it but we felt bad that they didn't think they knew.

1.Nothing fancy here but totally adequate and nice and clean. 2.Host took the initiative and juggled her other bookings to provide us with a ground-floor unit. 3.Also she moved other cars to allow us to park immediately outside the entry door.

The helpful staff and the location on the edge of the park were exactly what we were looking for. We were even able to arrange a lift to the airport with the caretaker.

It's a tiny bit dated, but is clean, peaceful and inexpensive which was what we were after

Location was perfect as a central point for 4 days to explore the region. Great access to Queens Park for an early morning walk or evening stroll. Our unit was clean and had excellent kitchen.

Main bedroom was a little tight.
