The accommodation is close to the belfast embassy. It was a 10-15 minutes taxi ride. The bedroom on the ground floor was a lovely and clean small room. There is limited lighting due to the small window on the side, but it wasn't an issue for me. There are some storage and charging ports. The smart TV allows you to connect your youtube account, which was great. The heating did not come on, however the portable radiator worked and heated the room up very quickly. The bed and pillows were very comfy. The bathroom was a wet room and accessible. Lots of towels were provided. I had a really comfortable short stay. The staff were present during the day and were there to help with any problems. Breakfast is available. They also have useful information, including taxis numbers in the bedroom.

As there is a communal living room, there is the chance that other residents could use this, and you would be able to hear them if they are staying on the ground floor. Guests are told not to use this room in the evening to avoid this.

The hotel is very easy to find, a very short walk from Templemore Avenue on the G1. This is only ~5-7 minutes from the various city centre tram stops. You can also walk to the city centre (City Hall) within around 20 minutes, over the river from East Belfast into the centre, which was a fairly pleasant walk. There were no staff that I saw on arrival or during my short stay, but they were not required. There was an issue with my room prior to arrival, which someone rang me to let me know and check I was still happy to stay, which I appreciated. The access process is very simple, with one code for the front door and one code for my room. The room was small but warm, comfortable and the shower was very nice. The accommodation was perfect for a short overnight stay for myself as a solo traveller and I would happily stay again.

As mentioned elsewhere, the walls are quite thin - and I could for sure hear other people making "the most" of their Valentines weekend!

It was a clean room and a comfy bed. The housekeeper was very friendly and told us some of the best places to see and how to get there. It was relatively easy to travel into the town center from the accommodation.

There was no breakfast despite the details saying one could be ordered. It was not possible to leave our bags at the guest house as we had a late afternoon flight. The house was on a busy road so the traffic was loud and workmen over the road woke us before 8am.

Everything worked out perfectly, as we flew in late at night to Belfast international, from Egypt, but having advised the hotel, everything was set up and ready for us, including the codes to enter into the our family room. The hotel were efficient in giving us everything we need to access the hotel, and. We had no issues at all. Rooms and bathroom, was cosy, clean, modern and comfortable. It Had all the necessities you would need, I had the best sleep in one night at this hotel, than I had for the whole week in my stay in Egypt! Hotel management / Staff were also really Friendly, and helpful the next morning, when we were really tired arriving late and gave us extra time to check out. Also very helpful with advise and directions to get us into town with public transport that is a five minute walk from the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

No option for Breakfast was included or could be ordered for our stay at the hotel, and. However, we were unable to leave our luggage here whilst we explored Belfast. However, we were directed to a place in the city centre where you can pay a good price to leave the luggage. This ended up working out easier, as we visited the titanic and history museum and we were then also able to collect the luggage and get straight onto a bus, 2 minutes away, to take us straight back to the airport. I would suggest renting a car to go around Belfast which is also a cheap and easy option when you have luggage.

The accommodation was so well presented and we were extremely comfortable. We felt that a huge effort had been made to ensure cleanliness. We were notified well in advance of our arrival of key code and how to acceaa our room. We were greeted in arrival. LWiFi was great. Bathroom was well designed and equipped. Lovely tea and coffee station and the mini fridge in the room meant we could keep costs down by buying in food and keeping it fresh. We would definitely stay here again. Clean, well equipped in rooms and downstairs living/dining area. Felt homely and comfortable. Staff and the local community very friendly and helpful. Only about a 20 minute walk into Belfast centre/Titanic area/Arena but taxis are very reliable and reasonably priced if you don't want to walk. Free on road parking.

A breakfast service would be nice but there are plenty of cafes nearby but maybe nice to have an option to order breakfast in. Room was maybe a little small but was fine for a place to sleep, rest and base yourself for Belfast and the wider area.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Was with my 9 year old daughter for a couple of nights break. Fab location for getting around - city centre, Crumlin Road, Titanic Museum. Hotel was spotless, comfy and cosy with very helpful staff.

The only little gripe was there were no - on the door step - places to sit in and eat but as above it was easy enough to get to and from places (I just prefer a walk). There is a lovely restaurant just under 15 Mins walk called “Hoose” definitely worth a try!

Bed was comfy. Lots of plug sockets. Netflix. A chair to sit in. A fan. Lovely bathroom. A fridge. Full length mirror. Coffee & Tea. Door entry codes so we didn’t have to worry about keys. Close to Lanyon train station.

Bit of a walk from city centre - bear this in mind if you’re carrying heavy bags. It was overpriced but it was the weekend of the 153rd Open so have to take this into account.

The room was incredibly cozy and spotlessly clean, with well-equipped facilities that made the stay even more comfortable. The internet connection was excellent—I never experienced any lag or connectivity issues while playing War Thunder. The bed was also very comfortable. All in all, this is a truly wonderful place to stay.

It would have been even better if there was an electric water heater.

Absolutely beautiful property with all the amenities we needed for the group! The rooms were perfectly cleaned and the beds were so cosy!! The bnb was in a lesser known part of town that I wouldn’t traditionally stay at - but it’s really up and coming with new bars, restaurants and gyms and really cleaned up!! The place was perfect and the service of the staff was impeccable. The staff were incredibly helpful with all of our queries and could not have been nicer!! Thank you so much for having us and it just made our st Patrick’s weekend seamless!!
