I love staying at the sleep inn. Many years ago I used to travel to the Soo with my elderly father and uncle. The staff is so kind and welcoming, one of them even remembered me from previous stays and it made me feel at home. She was so sweet. When my daughter called to make the reservation they answered all her questions about taxi services/airport etc. The facilities are clean and comfortable. Will always be back to the sleep inn. Thank you!

This was a fantastic stay! My dog and I stayed here for one night. It was comfortable and safe. I felt the area was nice, right by the water. It was perfect to walk my dog in the morning and at night even as it was well lit and felt secure. In the room, the bathroom was nice and clean. The room itself was nice and upgraded. The bed was extremely COMFORTABLE! Great place to stay if you are traveling with pets. The staff is very friendly!

The breakfast is just average.

The breakfast was decent and the location is fine for a small hotel. I was concerned about the use of disposable plates and plastic cutlery. There is a dishwasher there, but it is not used. I am wondering if it might actually be cheaper (and more environmental) to use china plates and metal cutlery.

Creamers in the fridges for when one makes coffee in the room would be nice. There was no whitener, just sugar and sugar substitute.

Overall good experience. Good breakfast I would like to recognize a lady name Versha ,( I hope that I pronounce it correctly) Beautiful lady so helpful and nice Always smiling and ready to help out Amazing customer experience ! Thank you .

For breakfast I think they cold switch one day sausage and one day bacon but overall all good

I stayed at the Sleep Inn in Sault Ste Marie and in Regina, both properties were very accommodating. The staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay making sure myself and my dog were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and I was able to put it in a to go container and bring back to my room to eat. The beds were very comfortable and the area was close to amenities that I could walk to.

The room was clean and the bed and pillows comfortable. The shower was great and everything worked. Staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived in a deluge on my motorbike and was allowed to park it under the portico which I very much appreciated. This hotel is within walking distance of at least one decent restaurant.

Breakfast was very basic - just the essentials and nothing impressive. The coffee pods in the room were mild roast and very weak - not my preference. I thought this hotel was a little bit pricey for its overall experience.

I’ve already forgotten her name. Ashley? Angela? It’s my age. But she was absolutely precious. Helpful beyond words. Lovely with my dogs and son in a wheelchair.

There isn’t a proper ramp near the hotel entrance. Should be AODA compliant. Also the hotel room door to the actual wheelchair room has no button and it’s difficult to hold door and push wheelchair to get in.

When we arrived, Kelsey, at reception, was very friendly and helpful. She told us about a restaurant that exactly matched our needs. Great breakfast. Also, Kelsey helped us get a few extra supplies and was able to answer questions about the area. Good job Kelsey!!!

Front desk and breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful! We felt very welcome at the hotel! I would definitely stay there again.

Our room (especially the beds) was a little smaller than expected but it was very clean and comfortable!:) It worked great for our family of 4 and our puppy. :)

Good location near waterfront walk, good breakfast with ample hours, friendly and professional receptionist and manager, comfortable pillows and beds. Better value than some places nearby. Special shoutout to manager Kelly Walker who was very helpful.

Tv channels a bit iffy but we didn't bother to ask for help.
