All the amenities- having a laundry facility, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. The staff at the desk were all very helpful and pleasant. The location was great- ther were many restaurants as well as a grocery store near by. It was a short walk to the train station.

The pillows were not very comfortable. He dishwasher wasn’t working in one of the rooms I had booked for m family we didn find out until we loaded I and tried o run it. When I asked at the desk the gentleman checked a list and said it wasn’t working. I was fine we moved the dishes to another of our rooms to clean. It would be helpful to have some sort of notice on things that were not working. M grandchildren were also disappointed a breakfast as the pancake machine wasn’t working.

Location in Mestre rather than in Venice proper was very convenient. Small fee for train or bus ticket to the island and frequent service. Mestre is a good jumping-off point for day trips. The staff was friendly and helpful. Don't pay the City of Venice entry fee, if one is in place when you are visiting. the property qualifies for an exemption and a much smaller tax is collected by the host.

We have used facilities similar to this in the past, so we expected the smallish room and limited cooking/eating equipment. This facility was of similar quality and attributes to others using the same operating model.

Price-savvy travellers know the deal, it would be crazy to stay overnight in the actual Venice island if you can stay in Mestre and pay three times less and take a 10 minute train over there. Good aparthotel, central location.

I don't wish to sound harsh but upon arrival at around 23:00hrs (tired from travel, heavy luggage, desperate to just get the room) it must have taken 20+ minutes to check-in, pay the tourist tax, and get a room key. There were 3 people behind the reception, and I have hardly ever witnessed a more hapless bunch. We must have waited 10 minutes as they tried to charge us the tourist tax (5 EUR) and I wanted to just leave cash there and get going but they were desperate to create a receipt and for some reason it wasn't happening. Only fair to mention that the following morning, different staff member at reception helped me very quickly and efficiently.

The location is great — close to the train station and just a 2-minute walk to the bus stop to Venice. Breakfast is good (cheaper if you book early), and there are nice restaurants nearby. There’s also a big supermarket close by, which makes shopping easy.

The bathroom lock jams easily — our kid got stuck a few times. The hotel provides lots of kitchenware, but it’s all placed too high to reach, so we ended up not using them. Staff didn’t offer local info unless asked, but their answers were helpful when we did. The self-service laundry is on the ground floor, which makes it a bit inconvenient.

Excellent and modern aparthotel in a key-spot location of Mestre, just a few steps away from the RR station. The small kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom modern and renovated, and the mattress ensures that your sleep will be comfortable.

Although it's not Staycity's problem, the first night, at about 19.00 and just a few meters away from the hotel entrance, we were eyewitnesses to a bag stolen from 2 tourists who were walking. WE had no problem, but we suggest you to be careful with your eyes open. Otherwise, everything was great!

Beautiful accommodation, clean with a feeling of home in comfort & style, with a huge room, including a lounge seating area , that included two decent sizes single sofa & a kitchenette with dinner chairs all open plan , staff are amazing!!! This accommodation is close to public transport ( bus & metro station) the number 2 bus take you into Venice in approximately 15 minutes. Local shops & a variety of eating places are available. Value for money. I would definitely stay there again.

Their is nothing to dislike about this place, in my humble option. Everything meets my expectations.

The location was very convenient It took about 50 minutes from Treviso Airport to Mestre Station and the hotel was just a 7–8 minute walk from the station The access to trains and buses was excellent and there were restaurants supermarkets and other facilities nearby It was also very easy to reach Venice island—just a 10-minute train ride

The size of the room was quite satisfactory However I was disappointed with the cleanliness There was visible dust in the room which gave the impression that it had not been cleaned thoroughly.

This place was more like a cosy studio flat than just a room! Spotlessly clean, everything looked brand new, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Just a 2-minute walk to the station that whisks you straight to Venice, plus plenty of affordable local restaurants nearby. Bonus points for the staff—when we realised we forgot toothpaste, they sorted us out in no time!

The only downside? Having to leave! I wish I could have stayed another night in this super hotel.

Its located very close to the train station. Room was spacious, bed comfortable, room was warm, clean and had a little compact kitchenette

The microwave did not work, although we were on the 9th floor the train could be heard, did not bother us that much. What was annoying was you have to make your own sofa bed (was written on the info card to be fair but we ddint know). There is also no phone to reception you need to scan a qr code to whatsapp them but they didnt always respond, for example we asked for someone to come check the microwave as we wanted to warm up food but no one replied.
