I had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the beach and the main street with restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly, especially Jeanella at the reception, who was always welcoming and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. A lovely surprise was the small daily gifts – such a thoughtful touch that made me feel special! I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The guesthouse is tucked away up a quiet street just a short distance from the harbour. It’s nice and quiet with a safe feel to it. The staff are lovely and very accommodating and helpful. The room and whole place are spotlessly clean with a nice coffee machine which is complimentary. There are nice restaurants along the harbour, especially ‘Matthew’s’ that we ate at several times plus a great new ice-cream shop newly opened along there.

The only thing that we noticed were that the beds were a little short so if you’re tall, your feet might stick out. Perhaps this is just the size of a standard bed in Malta? It wasn’t really a problem as such though.

This place is a little gem. Its lovely here. The lady at reception is very friendly and cant do enough for you. We were on the 4th floor, large room,balcony with sea view.The room and all the building was spotless. Tea coffee provided in the room. Also a big bottle of water. The room had a free safe and a fridge. Bathroom with a large shower. Breakfast was available at a reasonable price,but we ate out. It as a big kitchen on the 4th floor,were breakfast is served in a room overlooking the sea. Also they have a machine for hot drinks available free for guests up to 10pm. I would higly recommend this place. Location is great 2 mins to the sea and harbour front. Also a bakery just a few doors away. We will be returning again thats for sure.

Great place with excellent hospitality. The woman at the reception was very helpful, she let us leave our luggage early and even check in ahead of time. Special thanks to the cleaning lady for keeping everything spotless, the place was exceptionally clean. Our room was comfortable, with a large bed and a small fridge. There is a coffee machine with free coffee for guests and a lovely sea view from the rooftop terrace. The location is great, close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. Highly recommend this guest house!

Enjoyed the comfy bed, coffee maker in room, cleanliness of facility, security and responsiveness of owner when we had a question. Complimentary large bottle of water in room. Room location (4th floor) was very quiet. Shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The heater in room worked great. When we arrived late in evening, our room lamps were on and the humidifier in the room was turned on. It was a nice touch in that it felt like they were expecting and waiting for us!

Housekeeping changed our towels one day but did not replace washcloths or restock toilet paper (which we needed). Would be helpful to have luggage rack(s) in room so suitcases don't have to sit on the floor. Because the bathroom is small it would be great to have more hooks or a small table to place items on while in bathroom. Hard to get towels to dry when there is only one towel rack.

breakfast was really good, rooms was a good size , quite to outside but not soundproof to people in halls. easy to go to pier to walk to restaurants. close to airport for early morning leaving. shower pressure great. close to both on off buss and regular buss.

confusing to get in building on first day, no one there to check us in, we didn't know how to buzz in on buzzer at door lucky there were other people inside waiting to leave that opened the door for us, we then found an envelope with my name on it with key and info for our room. everything worked out fine after that.

Very good location,friendly staff.We received a lot of good advice especialy fromJeanella .The breakfast was served at a roof terace with a great view to the Marxaxlock harbour.The food was good ,but not too variated. The room was big enough for 4 people ,but the bathroom was a bit small.The AC works great.They cleaned the room every day.We found a welcome gift in the room ,a wine bottle .Very nice gesture which made us feel welcomed .Parking space on the street between the white lines was easy to find ,even on festa evenings.

Stay at this guesthouse was a cherry on top at our vacation in Malta. Bottle of wine and water at the begining is something you will appreciate after long day pf traveling and walking through streets of Valetta. Then you came to this lovely place with wide and comfortable beds, you take your glass of wine to the rooftop terrace with view on the port and can finally rest. Room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was very nice and tasty. And we can leave our luggage in the hotel after check-out. Very kind and helpful personel, we felt very good at this guesthouse.

Excellent apartments in a wonderful location. The hotel administration was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We received a very comfortable extra bed for our little one, the room was spacious with a large bed, and it was cleaned daily.

The apartment’s equipment is a bit dated. The air conditioner is quite noisy, although it’s hard to manage without it. The hairdryer is old and not very powerful.

+it was very clean, the cleaning lady made the room every day +the location was good, just 1 minute away from the port and near the bus stops +every day the cleaninc lady left a few sweets to try +the room was big enough and we even had thick blankets

-when we arrived there was no one at the reception and we were a few minutes lost till we saw the envelope to check-in
