Very clean neat tidy and spacious. Hot water plentiful. Gesture of chilled water in fridge comfortable bed.. seating area in living room and dining table… lift up to required floor easy entry instructions and helpful owner

Tv didn’t work and hanging off wall .. although only stayed one night the kitchen was not equipped well enough for a longer stay..no sharp knife ,no mugs only glass cups

The view from our apartment was amazing. We had room #8 on the 4th floor, a very bright apartment, and a bonus room is a huge terrace with a seating area & BBQ - just fabulous! Luke the owner was there to greet us and guide us, very nice gentleman.

We are traveling for many weeks and choosing an apartment with a washing machine is to do the laundry, we would have appreciated a little bit of laundry detergent. The host did bring some but later in our stay so we did not have sufficient time left to have the clothes dry before our departure.

It was spotless clean and well equipped. Check in and out was super easy and the host was responsive and helpful.

The location is far away from everything. We didn't like the neighborhood.

The first apartment wasn't for us, just basic facilities. We changed after the first week and had an apartment with sofa and balcony. Which we had thought we would get anyway. Great staff, very friendly & helpful. The apartments were tastefully decorated with lovely touches.

That we thought our first room had a balcony and it didn't. I wish I had known the apartment was at the top of a steep hill( my husband has mobility issues) so that made our holiday very difficult having to get back to the apartment. I think the photos should show exactly what each apartment looks like. Not a mixture of photographs of the whole building. It felt like potluck when we arrived. The first room was quite depressing and dark with only one small window facing a wall.

Amazing and clean fascilities. The room included everything, even a washing machine and an iron! Kitchen fully equipped with forks, knives, spoons, glasses, mugs, boiler, blender, frying pans and cooking pots! The fridge and the furnace where very big as well. The host, left us european adapters, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper. The air conditioner was working properly as well, which is very important in malta during the summer. The bed was also very comfortable.

The bathroom sink was a bit small, so you could leave your stuff there. Also the room had only one toilet paper roll and we had to get more ourselves. However this did not change the experience that was great overall!

We had a lovely short stay and Luke was fantastic – incredibly responsive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. He met us outside on arrival and kindly helped with our bags, which made things much easier as I stayed in the car with our toddler. Although we were only there for one night before flying out of Malta after a family holiday, the apartment was impressively well prepared and equipped with everything you'd need. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into the details – even having adaptors available, which many places overlook. The entrance area feels more like a boutique hotel than a rental, with music, coffee, and seating creating a warm, concierge-style welcome. The location is convenient if you have transport (car or taxi), though we didn’t feel especially drawn to explore the immediate neighbourhood on foot. That said, with just one day, we chose to head into the nearby Valletta city instead – and were glad we did. A very comfortable and well-considered stopover, with a great host.

Absolutely no negatives to mention – this property and host set a standard others could learn from. A truly guest-friendly experience from start to finish.

Luke was super responsive & organised a last minute airport pick up which was greatly appreciated given my flight delay. I was generously upgraded to a suite with washing machine & enclosed balcony. Luke very kindly left some small, local cheese for me. Aircon was great & I was happy 2 sets of towels were left out for me on arrival for a 6 night stay. Location was well positioned for mini markets, transport & local restaurants plus close to things to see in the 3 cities. 5mins walk to the ferry to Valletta waterfront.

Minor things: not enough hooks in the bathroom, no shelf in the shower, no dish draining rack or tea towel, no side table next to armchair. Steps to get to room corridor unusual & step down from the room entranceway to the main room was a little steep, noise from next room bathroom & other rooms.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, great location with ample parking nearby. The location was quiet and had a convenience store nearby and was a close to the main town with shops and restaurants. Easy reach of Valetta. Bedding and towels changed regularly. If we come back to Malta we will not hesitate to stay here

The spiral staircase was a struggle as my partner is 6'6" and it was difficult to get the suitcases up, however, this would not put us off stayign here again.

We booked the standard studio but got offered a better room with a spacious terrace upon our arrival thanks to the kind and helpful host Luke. It's located on a quiet street with bus stops near by. The kitchen was equipped with all the basic necessities (pots, pan, toaster, kettle, cutting board, strainer) and a gas stove top that was a bit tricky to maneuver at first. We stayed there for a week and the place got cleaned and the towels changed on the 4th day of our stay. The conditioner worked perfectly. There was a small Philips 1400W hairdryer and a clothe drying rack. It was very reassuring that you could easily reach the host and get help if any issues arose.

The water pressure could've been a bit better and the cold water wasn't that cold. A few tiny ants appeared in the kitchen but it didn't bother us that much and you could definitely ask the host to deal with the issue.

Very cozy apartment in one of the Three Cities. Perfect location walking distance to the shops & bus stops, easy access, Host was very friendly and approachable, replied quick. Also allowed to borrow the adapters and leave the luggage at the location, since I had an afternoon flight. Cleaners were very approachable , in 10 days stay they cleaned the room/changed towels 3 times.

Room was a bit humid, we also had ants in the bathroom which ended up biting me the very first night. Host was reactive and made sure to clean/spray the room once we informed him & left us some cheese as an apology.
