The staff is very kind and helpful. The place is clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. I stayed in a 3-bed female dorm which was very comfortable and had two bathrooms. Location is a walking distance from the local food market and lively neighborhood with all the bars, cafes and restaurants.

During my stay, there was also a big middle school group staying at the same floor, which was extremely loud, slamming the door and shouting in the corridor. Unfortunately, you could hear the noise very well in the room. I wish the hostel's staff was a little more strict to enforce them being quiet.

The 3 bed female dorm was worth the higher price because it was private with 2 full bathrooms/showers for 3 of us. The breakfast had a good selection of hot & cold choices, you would spend at least half as much if you bought a cafe & croissant separately, so it's worth the price if you're hungry. The 2 Day Torino Pass is a deal at 39 euro to see so many museums, including the Resistance Museum, Egyptian, Choco, Royal Residence/Roman Amphitheater, Art/Da Vinci, etc

I liked everything about this modern social hostel, the cleanliness, the outdoor and indoor seating areas, the kitchen, washer/dryer which I didn't use but a great option. Staff was kind and helpful.

- facilities are amazing - there are two private bathrooms with showers in the room and there are also communal bathrooms and showers in the hallway, which it doesn't seem like people use, but I did since I would shower pretty late and didn't want to wake up my dormmates. the abundance of showers and toilets was the highlight of this place for me - lockers are big. bring your own lock. my lock was a thick one and it fit. - outlets have usb outlets - AC was good - I like the privacy of the bunkbeds - location was amazing - about a 25-30 min walk from the central train station but there is a tram that can take you there that's near the hostel - lots of food places near by - I felt pretty safe as a solo traveling woman from NYC - very clean - room was large and spacious - they gave towels to use for your stay - quiet, chill, I made friends

- they charge 5 euros for luggage storage. I feel like at the rate they charge, this should be free. It's free in pretty much every hostel, even hostels that are lower in price. For this reason, I didn't stay at their Milano location. I had opt for a much cheaper hostel with free luggage storage. - rate is quite high, but it's one of the few in my budget where it was a good location and didn't have poor reviews/ratings - if I have the money to spend, I would do Combo again

I stayed 3 nights in a 4-bed dorm room with two private bathrooms (one shared between every two beds). The staff were very friendly and helpful, always smiling and responsive. Cleanliness was excellent throughout the hostel. The location is good—close to the morning vegetable and meat markets and major attractions—though it’s about a 24-minute walk from the train station. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and iron. The lobby and garden are clean and spacious, and there is a large luggage storage area. There was some noise from a group of children on a school trip, and the management addressed it by locking their room doors, presumably as a disciplinary measure. I highly recommend this hostel and will definitely stay here again.

Dormitories have 6 beds inside. And each dormitory has 2 toilets/2 baths! So, it feels like you habe your private toilet even though your staying in a dormitory. Everything was incredibly clean, as it’s a thing that they’re peoud of in Combo Hostels. Laundry/drying machine systems were really easy to use, kitchen had all the necessary equipment. The beds were really comfortable and had decent privacy. And the location is right at the historical center, the only better location to stay at would be the Royal Palace, which of course, wouldn’t ne possible.

everything was perfect in my opinion.

The hostel is very central, with easy access to everywhere, including the trains to all regions. Very attentive staff, including the cleaning ladies, who were also very nice. And the cleanliness was impeccable. Very comfortable rooms, great mattresses to sleep on, hot shower and large, soft towels. The kitchen available for use was also very good, spacious. Perhaps there should be more cups and cutlery, especially spoons. The bar and reception area are lovely, airy and great for a coffee. Very friendly staff too.

I think the only negative I would say is the cost of leaving your suitcase at the hostel (5euros) if you arrive before check in or even after check out. I haven't experienced this before, where you have to pay to leave your things, since you're staying there.

the location is very good, literally a couple of minutes from the center, 20 minutes walk to the central station. it is possible to leave luggage before/after check-in for 5€. the staff is very good, everyone is polite and smiling, they help with everything. the room is very interesting, two-story. the beds are large, there is a socket and a lamp nearby. it is convenient even on the second floor, for one room 2 showers with a toilet. on the floor there is a kitchen and a laundry. also a beautiful outdoor area with tables where you can relax.

it was super stuffy in the room, ventilation didn't help because the window faced the road and the noise of trams and cars was disturbing.

Very good location, 10 minutes walk to the Royal Palace and very close to the city centre. The staff was really nice and helpful, they even arranged for me takeaway breakfast for the morning I had to check out before regular breakfast hours. The beds were comfortable and the room was quite spacious. The furniture in the room was extremely minimalistic but you had everything you needed. The breakfast was ok, there was a nice selection of cakes and some bacon and cheese for the savory part. Overall, a good value for the price.

The room smelled a bit like someone had been smoking inside, even though it was prohibited to do so.

Amazing place! Everything is super well designed and very clean. Shared kitchen on every floor with aaaall the amenities. Just a top notch in every possible way - the location is right next to local market, very central and overlooking a park. The staff was very helpful and friendly! Book it don’t think twice. Oh, my 3bed dorm had two bathrooms both with toilet and a shower/hairdryer etc! And their lobby is a very cool place with the bar and you can grab a bite, too!

The best hostel I've ever been! Everything was perfect. 4-people's room was large and equipped with two full bathrooms and big lockers. The bed was great as it was comfortable and had extra space (around 1 meter) at its foot and a blocked space where the head goes, providing more privacy; it also offered a reading light and two plugs. The common areas were very cool and looked very new, providing some wonderful spaces to hang out and work - there were quite a lot of digital nomads. The kitchen was fully equipped, with all the kitchenware and a large table to have lunch or dinner. There were many communal showers and bathrooms too, which were spotless clean. And there even were washing machines, dryers and an iron to use. I loved it!

Just to mention, I found the breakfast a bit expensive, at 10€ per person. But there are a couple of cafes around where you can have a real Italian breakfast: Caffe Regina was great and it only costed me 3€ (cappuccino + croissant).
