Very nice apartment, big apartment, perfect location in calla millor. Pool for the kids, very friendly staff, next to the beach and Aldi (Hofer).

We took apartment, because we wanted to cook on holidays. Kitchen is very small, and that is still ok, but there is very few equipment. Small old pan, very small, no coffee pot, only one bigger pot. it is hard to make something. Few things in the kitchen is missing, together 50 eur if you buy new. But if this is the only thing that we didnt like it is still ok. we recomend this stay, everything is very good, i just hope, they will buy some more stuff, before we come againg

We stayed on the top floor – beautiful apartment block, amazing location, friendly & helpful staff, fantastic amenities. #1 thing we loved about it was that it's perfect if you want more private space; we would've hated the congestion of some of the hotels closer to the beach. Also, a benefit of being ever so slightly further back is that you actually get a better view, which some people don't realise when trying to book hotels right on the beachfront.

The main thing is that I would have liked the option for a double bed rather than only two singles. A smaller nitpick is that we had a big construction building in front of our view, but that's not the hotel's fault at all, and we didn't mind it so much as we spent most of our time at the beach.

All rooms were spacious and have a view of the pool area which was lovely. The sun loungers by the pool were superb quality. We were on the fifth floor and it had two very efficient lifts. The staff were lovely Mayo helped me with a problem at 10 o'clock at night -thank you-and Sanya always had the time to speak to us, she was very customer focused and really nice.. It is a great location, two minutes to the beach and an excellent bike hire shop across the road. ALDI 3 minutes LIDL 10 minutes. LIDL's prices were the best value as it had a competing Spanish supermarket (Mercadona) next door. It is worth the walk. The TV had English channels. Great shower and loads of hot water. The beers at the bars opposite ALDI worked out at £2.20 a pint!

The tiniest draining board in the world and basic things missing from the kitchen. No table mats so previous occupants had put hot plates on the table causing the laminate to lift and crack. No sharp cutting knife, no scissors, no serving spoons, no jug for pouring liquids and an egg flip would have been nice and a few containers to store cooked food in the fridge. There is a large low cost store on the way to ALDI which sells every household item so we got everything we needed for few Euros.

Very well located, the room had a beautiful view. It was very easy to find parking around.

They don't provide cleaning even if you stay more than 5 days. Not even a vacuum cleaner, and if you want cleaning the cost is 50 euros, if you need other towels then there is also a fee.

Great location, friendly stuff, clean room, spacious rooms and balcony.

- the beds were not that comfortable and quite noisy when you flip from one side to another. On the bright side, the couch in the living was beyond expectations in terms of size and comfort. - the furniture starts to show its age - parking can be a real challenge in July/August

Great hotel right in the centre of Cala Millor. There is a direct bus A42 from Palma airport which stops 2 mins walk to the hotel. Many shops around including Aldi. Lots of restaurants and stuff to do especially for kids. Hotel is less than 5 mins walk to beatiful beach. Apartments are specious and there is everything what you need. If I ever back to Cala Millor I will not hesiate to book the hotel again!

Everything was awesome.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the 24-hour reception was very convenient. The location is great, close to everything I needed. Overall, highly recommended!

The only downside was the construction nearby, which can be a bit noisy at times, but of course, that's not something the hotel can control.

We stayed for 13 days in this hotel and had 2 rooms We liked the location very close to the beach and liked we had kitchenette even if it's quite small We liked the sea view in one of our room

I personally didn't like that towels and bed sheets wasn't changed for 13 days and no cleaning service provided for all our stay there At least you have a mop and bucket in one of wardrobe and you can do it yourself But how to wash towels and bed sheets if room is not provided with a washing machine??We had to buy washing gel and dish washing gel ourselves as the hotel doesn't provide you with that 2 single beds put together which slide easily from each other and you sleep in a gap
