Well located, next to JR station, which will literally take you anywhere. Not to mention there's the convenience of a Toyota Car Rental right next to the hotel. This further opens up the possibilities of exploring Japan. Another plus point is the close proximity to a supermarket and shopping mall where we were able to get delicious hot food and also fruits!

I do not normally make reviews but our stay experience was exceptional hence i feel giving them a review is the least I can do It has been our 3rd time to travel to Japan but first time here in Richmond. The staff was amazing the room has enough for what you need for traveling though it doesnt have the bells and whistles that 5 Star hotels offer I feel that this hotel was more than what we need for what we paid for. The stay was amazing and moving around Tokyo and coming back to the hotel was a breeze either by train or car. What made it special was when my daughter had a medical emergency it was late in the evening and all the staff was so helpful. Shout out to the amazing ERP team and the desk on duty my daughter was in good hands. Aside from this good food and 711 was all 5min walk. This hotel is definitely our home in Tokyo

The location near a station, lots of eateries, quiet stores nearby like MUJI, Toyland, etc in the Grand Tree dept that you can shop without the overcrowded tourists like in Tokyo/Ginza. Self laundry is really good here and staff.

We had 1 clothing/ dress that had to be Dry Cleaned and Pressed, but the hotel cleaning service probably washed the expensive dress despite the request and ruined the suit and came out very wrinkled. I would advise to make sure you put a tag on the clothing or note if its dry clean. The manager came running down outside to apologize in person as we were in a rush to leave. (We were offered a refund, but we had to take the train the morning). The manager apologized in person and gave us a small gift to make up for the error of thier cleaning staff in which we accepted. We still would use this hotel in the future again.

The location of the hotel is superb for us, very near to train station make it easy for us to move around to Tokyo. There is 7-11 in front of the hotel, supermarket is also close and so many restaurants within 5 minutes walk. The room is very big compare to the usual room in Tokyo, we chose the double premier room with extra bed, it's big enough for 2 adult and 2 kids, the special thing is the massage chair, it really helpful during the night after so many walk during the day! All the room facilities are working well, the room is also clean and sound proof, we really enjoy our stay in there!

Property is clean and the staff is professional. Check in was a breeze and the gentleman that checked us in spoke fluent English. They offer room cleaning daily. It’s also close 7-11 and McDonald’s. If you fancy other local foods, you can walk across the street to Grand Tree Mall. I visited Shibuya and took the train right next to the hotel. There are two stations to choose from, you just need to plan ahead for train times. Trains typically come every 15-30mins depending on where it’s headed.

We were on the 17th floor. Only 2 elevators. If it was busy it would take 5mins to get to our floor. Also the shower drain was draining slowly. The hotel is a bit older hence the price point.

Staff, super friendly, helpful, patient. Fabulous breakfast, with great attention to service and replenishing buffet. Lovely touches like providing umbrellas, bathroom additional supplies, keeping luggage once checked out to fir in with our flight,charging our phone behind reception desk. Location, great for both train and bus. Suggestion of using the bus (nearby) to Haneda Airport was MUCH appreciated! All facilities catered for. Cleanliness top notch. We stayed 5 nights in the hotel at start of our trip, and our last night in Tokyo.

Only one small thing…a guest must have previously smoked in our room on the 16th floor, quite “presents” when aircon of.

The staff was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The room stayed tidy and was a very convenient location. There is coin laundry in the hotel, which was very helpful for a longer stay and Grand Tree across the street was full of everything you’d need!

The elevators are sooo slow. If you’re lucky and get one at a slow time, it’s fine, but there are only two elevators in the hotel and it gets very backed up at times (especially when one is out of order). Definitely plan accordingly (I had to just take the stairs sometimes). The amenities don’t come in your room anymore, you have to go grab them from the floor by the front desk. Which is fine, but sometimes a pain with the slow elevators and after a long day out.

Fast Wifi. Averaged out to about 160 Mbps download speed any time of the day! Occasionally it disconnected but it reconnected back right after. There are 7 laundry machines and you can check their status on TV. Location wise, it is in a family oriented neighborhood. Without none of those random shops and choice of shops are not as many. It is right next to a station with express train to places like Tokyo station, Shinbashi, Shibuya and Shinjuku.

Room is big enough but layout doesn't allow to have a suitcase opened on the floor without blocking the way. Needed to rearrange things around to make it happen. Alcohol drink vending machine is cash only.

We always stay here and are happy to have western type beds. The blankets are always amazing, very fluffy and not too hot. The shower is great and the location is wonderful for shopping, dining and catching the train.

There is a bit of sewage smell in the bathrooms. As well as the smell of old cigarettes in both of our rooms. I’m not sure if it’s coming from another floor or if there was an attempt to turn a previous smoking room into a non smoking room. It was not terrible but as non smokers who booked non smoking rooms it was a bit unfortunate.

I loved everything about the hotel: - The location is amazing. We took the Narita Express directly from the airport and walked less than five minutes to the hotel. - The staff is excellent, with a special thanks to the reception and restaurant personnel. - The breakfast was exceptional, offering a huge variety of high-quality, freshly cooked Japanese food, and the staff was incredibly helpful. - The hotel has laundry machines, you can start your laundry and come back later to pick it up. - There’s a large mall right in front of the hotel with numerous restaurants inside. - The facilities are spotless. - An exchange machine is available at reception, which is really helpful since cash is often needed in Tokyo. I can’t wait to be back. Thank you for your hospitality!
