A working AC and the amenities it offered. The gym was decent for a hotel (all the equipment worked) and the temperature of the pool was just right for the over 100-degree weather!

The grounds had some trash scattered about and the restaurant's quality of food could be improved (my husband had an upset stomach after eating dinner one evening). The salad was pitiful...lettuce wilted/brown and it didn't come as described on the menu (I had to send it back and ordered a cheese quesadilla). The pool water could also be cleaner (we didn't dunk our heads) and the bottom was dirty with sand.

Hotel was easy to find, clean, and comfortable. The property is beautiful and well taken care of. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Staff refused to take booking.com reservation so that they could charge extra fees. I understand needing to charge a pet fee but not the rest.

Really appreciated the gated parking and security. Also the exterior doors were nicely convenient. This place was pet friendly and really good about our dog. The beds were comfortable. We would stay here again.

It would have been nice to have an area for our dog to play.

The staff is not warm , they lack hospitality , And also the hotel have some room that are exposed to a car traffic .

Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good, there was no coffee due to broken coffee machine, so that takes away from getting a 100.

When sweeping the floors, to do a better job. I found long pieces of hair behind the bathroom door when we checked in. Nothing big to worry about, just bringing this to your attention.

The breakfast was delicious. The interior and exterior decoration was beautiful and cosy. Staff was super friendly and helpful

The only thing I did not like is the was a smell of humidity in the room.

Only stayed one night however the property is very pretty and modern. Dinner and drinks were good, with friendly staff. Our view was great, right in front of the pool. Beds were extremely comfortable.

The bathroom door did not close, handle appeared to be broken. Lots of water spilled from the shower. No bags on the trash cans.

The room was spacious very clean and with comfortable beds and blankets plus the location was perfect with lots to do around it.

trash cans never had trash bags and no coffee utensils there was a coffee maker and coffee but no spoon or straw with creamer or sugar.

Really nice location, price very decent and good installations.

Some rooms no fridge or microwave, when it's on the advertisement, and your paying for.
