I liked the overall complex, facilities, proximity to the beach, the great pool and the very professional staff.

The food quality in the food hall is not really bad, but not in line with the overall standards.

We had a truly restful overnight stay at your hotel and honestly wished we had booked for more nights. Everything was excellent—the warm and efficient customer service, the spacious and comfortable room (special mention to the pillows, which were the best we’ve experienced so far!), and the delicious buffet breakfast. We also deeply appreciated the personal touch extended by the Front Office Manager and Resident Manager, Sir Rey, who took the time to personally see us off at check-out. It’s these thoughtful gestures that make a stay truly memorable. Thank you!

Excellent service! The villas and rooms are awesome. We were a party of 12 with seniors and kids and had a great time with our stay in the hotel. The place feels very private and exclusive.

Pricey (but well worth it). Also, no direct access to Alona Beach and only a tiny beach with rocky bottom fronting the property.

The amenities, they have a gym, ktv lounge that we enjoyed and the gaming area as well. We enjoyed playing at the pool. It was fun. There is kayaking too for free though were not able to enjoy it due to the weather condition.

The reception area is hot. Summer time is just too hot, maybe a place to cool down while waiting to checked in would be great especially if it’s going to take a long time.

Personnel from management to workers are all fantastic and doing a great job. Very helpful management always willing to help. Fantastic beach - Alona beach is walking distance, but don't go there, you will be disappointed with it. Hotel's beach is great for snorkling, has cleaner water, all facilities and some other attractions, like free kayaks, pool, showers etc. Monkey Bar restaurant - their food is exceptionally good.

Gaming room may need some upgrade. Pictures show some nice river-style pools in villas side, but you can't go there, unless you actually live in the villas.

Well appointed accommodation, beautiful grounds, gorgeous landscaping and wonderful views. Just 5 minutes (driving) from Alona Beach but if feels like it's world's away. We didn't use the pool area much but it looked lovely and seemed very popular with the young families there. We used the complimentary kayaks every day, perfect for a little mini workout before chilling out and enjoying the sun. All in all it was a lovely property and a very enjoyable stay.

As a westerner I found the breakfast options a little limited. The milk and juices tasted very artificial, and the choice of fresh fruit and cheeses wasn't what you'd call extensive. Very minor complaints when we take everything else into account.

The property was a great experience from when we first stepped foot at the property. The staff were so welcoming. Rooms were very large and well equipped, and our rooms overlooked the pool areas. Breakfast had everything you would ever want, and the venue manager, Richard was extremely personable and helpful. The resort is very close to the international airport and the town centre which had many restaurants which were well priced. Free shuttle into Town or get your own Tuk Tuk for 100 pesos Could highly recommend the resort, and will be telling my friends when I get back from Australia

Child is charged extra for breakfast -500 pesos wherein it says in the booking child stays free .Child diesnt eat a lot for 500 pesos .The bar upstairs didn’t deliver our order of cheese fries but we were charged 400 pesos for it .—LUNE BAR ??? —rooftop bar —refunds should be made easier without guests having to climb up to get refunds .it should be centralised —so we didn’t get our 400 pesos back

The Villa at BE Grand Bohol was outstanding. There was so much space, a beautiful fit out and the direct exclusive pool access was mighty special. We had breakfast served in the pool, which was an experience we will never ever forget. Our Villa Host, Neil was outstanding - so attentive, friendly and quick to action anything we needed!

Given low season one of the restaurants was not open, yet this is only a minor criticism! The access to town is very quick, with plenty of superb options too.
