The room was simply decorated and very peaceful. Everything was clean, the bed comfortable, the bathroom perfect. Breakfast (included) at their sister establishment was wonderful! The grounds ae lovely and we enjoyed a few minutes outside after dinner.

Although the temperature was maintained well and comfortably with the A/C, the fan ran all night and was fairly loud. It was a “white noise” so it was fine once we were asleep. It would have been nice to have a second chair to relax and read. Instead, one of us sat at the table.

The room we had was off the courtyard which meant we could sit outside reading. The room was well fitted although probably too much furniture for the size of room. The bathroom was excellent. Breakfast on the first morning was stunning. The chef explained the quality of the food and engaged with us which made the experience very good.

We had to go to another hotel 5 mins drive away for our breakfast on our second morning - no breakfast at Palacio on Mondays.. Whilst not the end of the world, and the other breakfast was very good, it was rather irritating I have to do this whilst trying to leave.

We liked everything at the Marquesas from the stylish rooms to its comfortable main room and close proximity to downtown Taos. The property is very quaint and quiet, which is perfect for resting or enjoying a glass of wine out in their courtyard. . The room and facilities were excellent. Very comfortable bed. Two wash hand basins and good shower.

Definitely the weak part of the stay. Only one hot dish - quiche. No bread to toast, only bagels. Fruit was blackberries or strawberries. Apples and oranges available whole. Coffee indifferent. Orange or cranberry juice.

Location, calm and Tranquility, good to rest in silence. Friendly manager in the property. Fantastic breakfast in nearly adjacent sister property.

Excellent place to "get away" from the normal hotel experience. Beautiful courtyard with just a few rooms, no hustle and bustle, just quiet time off the beaten path.

Beautiful and close to everything. Very clean and the people who checked us in and out were very nice.

It was immaculate, beautiful, and the staff was superb. No one would regret a stay here. Ours was too short!
