I love that there are so many trees, and so many sitting areas. There were also a couple great grassy areas for our dog to potty. Super comfy bed with lots of pillows, and the kiva fireplace was wonderful. In the room, there were hand-blown wine glasses, lots of Q Tips, and the coziest robes EVER. These may seem like random things, but they're very thoughtful and detailed-oriented. The whole place is decorated in a cozy southwest theme, which I love. Breakfast was delicious both days we were there! I wish we would've gotten to try to oats brûlée-- hopefully next time!

We wanted to be able to walk to the plaza, but the roads are so narrow that we didn't feel safe doing it. And there wasn't anywhere to take our dog on a walk unless we drove somewhere. There's radiant heat under the lovely turquoise ceramic tiles, but the floor still felt cold, despite following the directions for getting it to warm up.

Very quiet, grounds are beautiful and serene. Rather than being sterile and impersonal, we had our own private cottage, it was welcoming and comfortable. They thought of everything down to the personal welcoming note and chocolate chip cookies. The instructions were more than adequate, answering even the smallest of questions so we didn’t have to bother staff. Breakfast was delicious and served prompt and hot. DEFINITELY would stay here again.

Only thing I can think of, and it is trivial, I would like to see a choice of medium roast coffee pods in the room, along with bold roast.

The whole setting had a feeling of intimacy and casual elegance- the gardens, the rooms, the dining space. The breakfast was great, lots of choices. Communication with hosts and self check-in was quick and smooth. We’d gladly stay there again!

Only one small thing, the driveway and walkway to the room was made of small pebbles. It was difficult to pull wheeled baggage, especially with our room at the back of the garden. Not sure there’s an easy solution that would fit with the garden’s ambiance

This was a very enjoyable accommodation. My husband and I thought the bed was comfortable. It was super clean and enough room for our things in the space we were in. I particularly liked getting up in the morning and having a nice, private place to sit outside and take in the autumn fresh air while having coffee. We would book here again.

The only thing I would suggest changing is a well lit sign for the property for late night arrivals like us!

First, the property is away from main streets, so it is quiet. They allow guests to self check in. The room was clean, spacious, with a comfortable bed and wonderfully decorated. Welcome cookies! The grounds are kept, and there are plenty of areas to sit and relax. The innkeepers are easily reached and communicate well. Breakfast is made hot and fresh. Wonderful stay. You are only a 10-14 min walk to the downtown historic area. My pup had a good time, too.

Nothing, everything was wonderful.

We loved the breakfast each morning and the hostess was so kind and welcoming! The room itself was incredibly cozy and well decorated. My group particularly could not stop raving over the sheets on the beds and the bath robes provided. It was nice that there was a Keurig in each room. The self-check-in option was seamless and very convenient for us when we had some delayed travel and arrived later at night.

Getting the water temperature right in the shower was a bit of a struggle.

The staff were all so kind, helpful, and fun. Everyone was great. The breakfast was excellent (freshly made, healthy, quality ingredients, and delicious). They were also eager to accommodate dietary restrictions, including vegans, vegetarians, and gluten restrictions. The garden area is pure zen - very relaxing, comfortable to chill and read, and mostly shaded by the large trees all day. Also, the tea, coffee, ice water, and chocolate chip cookies available all day and night was exceptional, fun, and very thoughtful. Lastly, the quiet atmosphere was very nice, and all the other guests were very friendly and fit in well with the quiet ambiance throughout the property.

The Storyteller is pretty small. There's only one luggage rack, but another one would have been helpful - instead we used a chair. Also, the minifridge is in the clothes closet, which got in the way of hanging our clothes (dress suits, dress shirts, and a formal dress). Also, there is no dresser for unpacking clothes; however, there are a couple small night stands that could be used for it, but it was too awkward for our liking. Lastly, the TV is small (around 27 inches) and seems to be only compatible was Amazon Fire. It was not logged in, and it wasn't clear how to use it. We were able to use Netflix after some messing with it and restarting it, but it was giving us trouble to use HBO Max, Hulu, and/or Amazon Prime. Fortunately TV wasn't a priority for us this trip.

The peaceful atmosphere of the garden was wonderful. The trees and plants, in addition to the various tables around the property, made for a welcoming space. We loved the hammocks too! The breakfasts were delicious and hot (in a good way!).

There was no place to sit in Kokopelli (granted it is a smaller room) - a small table and chairs would be nice, especially in case it rains. The walk into town was partially on streets without sidewalks, and not quite as close to the center of town as we assumed from the description.

The room was spacious and had plenty of natural light. The location was very serene and peaceful. The bed was comfortable, and the parking was easy. The breakfast was good.

We are getting on in years and the steps to the bathroom were a bit of a nuisance. The shower wasn't horrible but it wasn't great.

We stayed in the Fetish Bear room. High end furnishings and all the ancillary things we could want...refrig, Keurig, bottled water, corkscrew and lovely wine glasses, memory foam pillow. We didn't use the kiva fireplace but it was nice to have the option and the baseboard heating was very quiet. It was too cold to walk to town but it was probably 1/2 mile to the historic district so good location. I'm sure the flowers and the landscaped yard with hammocks would be wonderful amenities in warmer weather. Amazingly good breakfasts!! Cookies and drinks were always available in the office area. Marybeth, the owner, was welcoming and informative.

No suggestions for improvement.
