excellent beautiful place for stay convenient and very good location , very beautiful and cooperative staff win your heart specially Mr. Harry GM of hotel his excellency and gratefulness and happy helping nature always make you smile on your face. about breakfast they know very well what we need and they have INDIAN tea in there that's beyond the expectation. rooms are clean and all the essentials in the room. must stay, good place to stay. thank you Harry for everything. just love it.

The day staff was very nice and helpful but obviously overworked and stressed because of unsupported by owners. I know how that is and unfair to staff.

The room was unfinished. No towel racks or bars. No lock or screen on the window. Paint and caulking unfinished. No nightstand. No table. The staff at night was helpless. The day staff brought a nightstand. But went to some work on her own to get it. I confirmed my stay but seemed to have given the last room, no choice of something finished.

Everything, close to my friends house, close to restaurants, close to downtown, great staff, good breakfast food and clean seating, clean room and comfortable bed and pillows, safe parking lot.

That I had to leave to go home, I would have loved to have stayed more days.

The property is just a few minutes from downtown. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I chose the room furthest away from the main road and it was quiet. Very friendly staff. And a bonus was the breakfast buffet that was included in the price.A nice start of the day!

The ice maker was broken and the hallway needed some cleaning. The room could use some hangers . The fridge needs to be checked, all my food that I put in the fridge, not freezer, was frozen the next morning.

We stayed two nights in June 2025. The motel met our expectations with clean rooms and a decent breakfast. It has a good location on the main road in Taos.

The parking lot was being resurfaced, so parking was limited at the time, but not a problem.

Bed was comfortable. Staff were helpful but not overly outgoing. I had left in a hurry one day and my purse was still in the room I was suprised when I came back to see my door open with housekeepers tidying up my room. It was nice and they were super helpful but I guess I wasn't expecting it. Would have been nice to be told upon arrival.

Breakfast options. I don't expect eggs but a choice of a muffin or fresh fruit would be nice

The rest of the breakfast. Not great quality. A little loud and very little soundproofing, as there was a huge gap under the door, and my room was right by the lobby and laundry room.

A/C unit had continuous FAN which is very important for my wife to sleep. The bed was very comfortable. Shower had plenty of water pressure and water was hot.

Bathroom- sink drain needs to be plunged. Very slow draining.

They claim to have free Wi-Fi, but the Wi-Fi actually didn't work at night at all. Both nights that I stayed there there was no Wi-Fi for hours and hours. When I asked the staff if this was a normal occurrence, they said yes. They know that they have inferior Wi-Fi but are using it as a marketing tool.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and professional. We have stayed here several times and each time everything was good.

The vending machine took my money but wouldn't let me make a selection.
