- The private beach really made it. Great cocktails and food on the beach - great new Muse restaurant - location - car park opposite very convenient - pool great for children - room tidied and cleaned really well each day - majority of staff really polite & friendly

- the room was basic and felt a bit old and shabby. They really need updating. - we had 2 x nights of weddings at the hotel and the music was awful and deafening, which spoiled the ambience. - most of the staff were lovely, but there were a couple who were not the level of politeness or professionalism you would expect at a high end hotel. For example, one waiter at breakfast took the salt and pepper from our table without even looking at me or asking me and gave it to the table to next to us.

From the moment we arrived, our check-in was a breeze. Elona, the lovely lady at the front desk, greeted us with a warm smile and incredible friendliness. We mentioned that this trip was a special celebration for my daughter's 17th birthday, and to our surprise, Elona kindly offered us a complimentary drink to kick off our stay. It was such a thoughtful gesture and set the tone for the rest of our visit. Upon entering our room, we were immediately captivated by the breathtaking view that awaited us. The room itself was meticulously prepared, complete with a coffee machine and refreshing bottles of water, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Despite the fact that there was a massive festivity taking place downstairs, with a staggering 2000 people, we were amazed by the tranquility and quietness of our room. It was as if we were in our own peaceful oasis, undisturbed by any external noise. This allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our time together. Our experience reached new heights the following day. After exploring the enchanting city of Monaco, we returned to our room to find a delightful surprise—a birthday cake! It was such a heartwarming gesture to celebrate my daughter's special day, and we were touched that Elona had remembered. It truly made us feel like valued guests. Now, let's talk about breakfast. Oh, what a feast it was! There was an abundance of delectable options, leaving us spoiled for choice. From fresh fruits to a variety of pastries, and everything in between, there was truly nothing missing from the spread. Our taste buds danced with joy as we indulged in the morning delights, setting the perfect start to our day. Overall, our stay at this hotel was a truly memorable experience. From the swift check-in process and Elona's exceptional warmth to the stunning views, thoughtful surprises, and the incredible breakfast selection, every aspect of our stay was simply outstanding!

Really nothing or maybe this: when I was ordering a Leffe beer, please pour in into a Leffe glass. You don't drink a Leffe beer in a wine glass. Something to remember for the bar people.

Loved the facilities and the room was incredible - stayed in the design room.

Very minor but the room was missing a few small details, i.e. no shower, lack of plugs, and please supply real mugs.

Excellent location for Monaco and beach

Wonderful location and beautiful beach.

The breakfast with the “help yourself” formula was delusional.

Great location at the private beach in Monaco, including spacious swimming pools with warm water. Nice decor of modern rooms with great views. Good restaurants (both, outdoor for dinner and indoor for breakfast), however crowdy breakfast, though with good selection of meals and coffees.

The price (in June) is by far too high, even as for Monaco standards. It is nice, however quite outdated 4* hotel with small low corridors and not very spacious rooms. The breakfast should not be included within the price, therefore quests would have bigger flexibility for the price and the place would not be so crowded.

The hotel is perfectly situated just moments from restaurants like Avenue31 and Sass Cafe. It's also a short walk to Casino Square etc. The rooms, lobby and all outside areas, including pool and private beach were spotless and well maintained daily. All staff were quick to offer assistance when needed. On checking out, we were a few mins late leaving the room, and instead of the customary phone call to the room stating 'checkout time is....', I was politely asked if I 'could advise roughly when I would be leaving the room', which was a welcome change. I had mentioned in correspondence with the hotel that I was.celebrating my daughter's birthday a few days early as a surprise. Within minutes of walking into our room, a small cake was sent up to wish her a happy birthday! Another little courtesy that didn't go unnoticed was on the TV Welcome page. it welcomed my daughter to the hotel, though the booking was clearly in my name. On leaving she said she would love to return again next year!

Although breakfast closes as 10.30, they seemed to stop replenishing several items from 10am. But the choice was very good in general each day, catering for varying country norms.
