Location and room style

Mold in the vents. That needs to be cleaned. Somebody could get really sick from it.

The place was nice and clean. No disturbances. Close proximity to most attractions.

Would have liked be a little closer to ocean. was walking distance but not close enough for young kids. would like to see exact location before next booking.

Perfect ocean view. People were pretty friendly and the beach Was very clean.

The mattress protectors under the sheets were not clean. The pillows smelled once I removed the pillow case, there were several fresh stains.

the condos were perfect sized for my family we did not feel cramped in any way. we have 3 toddlers and they had a lot of fun just in the room itself.

although everything looked nice and clean; before bed there was a roach by the balcony door. it was the only one I saw (I looked for others) it may have came from outside. not completely sure.

it was pretty, and nice location and the walking distance to the beach. The pool was okay, but the kitty pool would be cleaner.

the dirty stains on the bed and stickiness on twins beds, and I applied for ocean front but it was not ocean front.

The location was excellent

The master bedroom beds were very uncomfortable. The exhaust fan in the master bathroom and one lamp in the living room did not work.

The room was perfect for 4 people, small but spacious. The balcony was very relaxing and even though we didn’t have the best view of the beach it was still very beautiful. The drive to the boardwalk wasn’t very far and the staff at check in was very nice. We loved our room and our stay, definitely would rent again!

The master bathroom was a little small but not anything to be upset about. The lock on the door was frustrating to deal with, but also nothing to be bothered about! I’d there was a washer and dryer in the unit it’d be absolutely perfect. Other than that, we loved it!

For the size of the group that we had we got our money's work

The lady who checked me in was very rude and she charged me for something that I wasn't supposed to be charged for but when I checked out the nice young lady that was they're in her place make sure I got my full refund for the charge

It was a close drive to the beach there are 5 of us and 3 are kids. So we had to drive to the beach and ocean wen we went every time

We called a lot of times no one whould tell us what we we’re staying in or even ware it was or any thang about it wen we ask. Every one keep telling us they don’t know and we had to wate tell we got here to find out. And it took us an hour to find it once we got there and that’s not cool or safe wen u have kids with u and it was like 1am we got there to we could hardly find it. The stage was not helpful at all up to our stay. No pool set back from every thang

Location was great. Hard to check in with booking company. Very confusing. Place was clean except for trash, in trash can, that had tons of gnats. We got to keep those all week. No rolls of toilet paper or full roll of paper towels. Place had been updated and was really nice. On site manager nice. No one to speak to at night though.

Checking in. We got there late and if wasn't for some children coming in, we would not have been able to get in building. We even told them we would be late and she thought there was a front desk. There isn't a front desk. We never got pool fobs either.
