The ambience, the location is just 10 mins from and to the airport. The staff were so professional, kind, helpful, and always smiling. A special shout out to the Chef at Pakka restaurant Mr. Lali Sharma he was at breakfast every morning making sure I & my friends were all happy and if we needed anything to look for him. We went to Pakka on Saturday for dinner and we had yummy crackers when we told him we loved these crackers he said he could make them for us 😋 SharmaJi went above and beyond making us 6 boxes of these crackers to bring back to Singapore with us. I will highly recommend Salinda Resort and I will be back in December with my family. Thank you very much to Salinda team.

The resort is amazing. Even though it is close to the airport, we didn't experience any issue with noise. When we arrived at the airport, someone was waiting for us and got us to the hotel in about 10 minutes. The rooms are spacious and modern. We had a room with a sea view which was great. There is a nice pool but even better beach and the water in the ocean is very warm. We could also use a canoe for free. There are three different restaurants in the resort itself, all rated very well. We only tried one but the other ones looked great as well. The breakfast offered plenty of different choices, there was live piano player and sparkling wine. The staff of the hotel are very friendly, provide excellent service and don't bother the guests at all. This is definitely a gem on the island, totally recommend it.

Great location for phu quoc - plenty of places to eat just outside the hotel, supermarkets etc Short taxi ride to the night market . We booked sea view with balcony- worth the extra if you can. Such a joy to wake up and sit out with that view Hotel and staff are fantastic. We loathe huge resorts with a corporate feel this hotel is large enough yet with a boutique bespoke feeling. Piano at breakfast excellent touch. Beach clean and well maintained Pool area plenty of beds Gym decent 10/10!

The breakfast is superb and so are the pool area as well as the tropical garden. We were given a room with a beautiful sea view and enjoyed our balcony a lot.

The resort is great, although we lacked some entertainment in the evening. Unfortunately the beaches on the island are very dirty and full of garbage. The beach in front of the hotel was not much better, although this depends on the day and the weather -- we were told that it is "normal" to find garbage on the beach after heavy rain (!). We did not swim in the sea for fear of getting sick with e.coli. We loved our stay here right from the airport pick up to the return shuttle back to the airport. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast is plentiful in its variety and dishes are refilled. Unlimited sparkling wine at breakfast that was liberally topped up frequently. Specious pool that’s the right height for swimming or just standing in with a cocktail which the pool bar has many good ones. This is an excellent spot for sunset. We stayed in two different rooms during our stay, both were impeccably decorated and what you’d expect staying in more well known 5 star hotels.

“Happy hour” spa prices were still extortionately priced. There is a fun, high quality hidden bar across the street but not much else in the neighborhood.

Breakfast - wide variety and keeps changing daily..complimentary sparkling wine, coffee, capucinno, latte and food are all tasty. Pool - was big enough and good but maybe not excellent as compared to the other 5 star hotels but no complaints. beach - the beach here is good with sandy beach but not usually swimmable due to strong currents. Beautiful Trees and landscape - one of the few hotels where trees and foliage are so well done that you do not feel that the hotel is so close to a busy street with lots of small business, restaurants which are both a plus and a minus. Location - close to the city Duong dong and the airport. Complimentary transfer to and from the airport.

Very close to a busy main road but our room which faces the street was still not affected by the traffic or general busyness of the area, The local restaurants and businesses are great to eat at and shop for small things but in general the outside detracts a little from the hotel's presentation and landscaping when you are inside the Hotel's compound. I did not consider this a great con for the hotel overall excellence in all the other things.

We stayed in Salinda for 1 week and had amazing time. - Amazing staff, everyone very helpful, friendly and professional - Breakfast was delicious with many choices and fresh fruits, juices. - Hotel has very beautiful garden. All surroundings are very beautiful and well maintained - Pool was great, without chlorine. I am usually not a fan of pools because of chlorine, but this pool was really nice with innovative water cleaning system - Beach and pool are very close to each other, many sunbeds. - We tried Indian and Vietnamese restaurants in the hotel - both were great - Air-conditioning and wifi in the room worked very well

I loved the service, everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying our time. The room was lovely, looked just like the pictures online. The sparkling breakfast had a great selection of vegetarian friendly foods and an amazing variety of fruits and vegetables. The hotel is well located, there are many spas, restaurants, and coffee shops close by. They also offer little activities to try out for free, which is nice.

I didn’t like that the room wasn’t soundproof, it wasn’t a problem for most of the stay yet on our last night, there were people arguing in the hallway at 2 am and we were privy to their conversation. I was also disappointed with the breakfast box they gave us on the morning of our flight, as I had grown accustomed to their amazing breakfast only to be fed a cheese sandwich and two muffins, as a parting meal. Perhaps that’s on me for having such high expectations for a takeout breakfast but still, wish it had been better.
