Loved that it was in nice area where we actually could go out and walk at night. Also close to the beach. The room and whole hotel looked great, and the breakfast was pretty good The staff was friendly to us as well and helpful when we had questions. When I comes back to Montevideo, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I thought the lunch/dinner food seemed a bit expensive, but it was still good and you don't have to eat at the hotel if you don't want to!

I had a fantastic stay at After hotel Montevideo. The room was spotless, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing experience. The location is perfect—close to key attractions and easy to navigate around the city. The staff were extremely friendly and cooperative, always willing to assist with any request. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant stay.

The After Hotel is a wonderful stay...I traveled w my son. They accommodated us twice because we returned...after we checked out, they permitted us to stay in the Lobby for hours since our flight was in the middle of the night. The food was also excellent. Highly recommend this small Hotel!!

Not much. Parking was not easy but we managed on the street

The breakfast was very good, the location and good value. The room was comfortable and clean.

There's no kettle in the room, like I saw in the picture before book it. And I asked for one, they wanted to charge 10 dollars extra.

Really comfortable stay: great bed, nice quality sheets, strong shower pressure, good breakfast buffet. We were concerned about lack of parking but the hotel can arrange for an extra $15 or if you are lucky you can park at the front.

The hotel is located close to a shopping mall in a nice area close to the beach. The staff was nice and helpful - from reception to cleaning staff. The room was ok, the beds were comfy and it was nice to have options of pillows. Overall a nice place to stay in Montevideo.

Location is perfect. Near business offices, next to the shopping center and restaurants. Very clean and good sized room with comfortable bed. The Staff were friendly and polite.

Nice view, but with a little care of the pool at the rooftop terrace would make a great place to have a chilling area for reading or having suntan. Breakfast was simple.

No parking. I could not park the car on the street because it is dangerous. It would be convenient if you had a deal with the Shopping Mall so guests can have a discount on parking. Overall, great value for money.

Views over the rooftops from the terrace at the top of the building were lovely, as were the views of the sea and the night scenery with the neighbouring buildings all lit up. The bed was comfortable and the sofa super-comfy. The air conditioning worked well and in the mornings there was a good selection to breakfast on and we could sit outside or inside. The location was superb for all sorts of reasons - close to the Rambla for sunrises, the Montevideo Shopping Centre and Pocitos. Also we wanted to visit the British Cemetery which is a short walk away and an oasis of tranquility. The staff were eager to help and friendly with quick online responses to our questions before we arrived.

They could do with a maintenance person to paint over scuffs and fix little broken details like the beading on a chair or paint over repairs. The bathroom was an odd layout with the toilet rammed against the bath and the toilet paper holder at a bit of a stretch beyond the bidet in the other direction. There was also nowhere to hang a towel to air and no hand-towel rail or hanger by the sink.

I like eggs & bacon, fruits and milk coffee. I would like to have a bouquet of flowers at breakfast table and at the loby.
