I am always happy when I stay at Grand Elevation Hotel. I always love the breakfast, and there are always a lot of options. The staff knows me by now, and they are always so helpful and nice!! Whenever I have a question, they always have an answer. They offer laundry service at the hotel, and it was so fast. Location is right in the middle of Phnom Penh, so it is very convenient. I love this hotel!!

The only thing I can say about what they could improve is that they could put more toilet paper in the rooms. They usually only have one role in the bathroom, and there is plenty of toilet paper in the lobby, but you have to get it yourself.

$27/night for 4 with breakfast included! It’s probably one the best deal in Phnom Penh downtown and on top the breakfast was great. But be careful guys because they have room with window and without. First night, they gave us a room with window (because they know EU guys are always complaining if no window) but the street was so noisy we did not sleep all night. The following day we asked the staff to have a room without window and then we slept very well so it’s your own choice but I really advice you to take a room without window if you want to sleep! Rooms are clean, Beds are comfy, breakfast is great and the staff is super friendly.

Hotel offers a good stay overall. It's located in a convenient spot, easy for getting around. The price was very reasonable for what's offered. Rooms were standard and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a decent variety. A solid choice for a straightforward stay.

There wasn't anything in particular that I disliked. It's clear the hotel has been around for a while, but it's well-maintained considering its age. Given the price point, it represents a great choice. The location is convenient, and the breakfast buffet was a nice addition. For those seeking a budget-friendly option without major frills, this hotel fits the bill.

We had gotten a room with window which was nice (many reviews talk about wanting it) but we did not like it since there was construction going on the WHOLE NIGHT. They were kind enough to move us to another room further into the building which was nice. The cleaning was fine but there is a big cockroach problem in this city, we came into the room one day and there was a cockroach that had come up from the drainage. That was super uncomfortable .

The breakfast were nothing big or wow, it was an interesting blend and mix of food. The staff didnt know anything about tours, they called someone on a phone and gave it to my friend which than had to talk to the company about all the detials. She ended up booking somewhere else. Although they did have signs abot tours. it was a big strange.

Since you are managing a hotel, you must know the needs of your guests, but my experience was very poor because they said that the food is with specific time which should be on time. For example, if a guest requests a short order, they are hungry, but there is no chef to cook the order, so how do they serve a food if what if the customer  feels hungry what if ?

This is a cute spot to relax between adventures! It's not really for those who wish to spend a lot of time in their room, but the rooms are clean, in good repair, and serviced nicely. Pets are welcome and we had a lovely time all around. Breakfast was decent and the staff was top tier! The location is close to everything! The value is obvious. Way way waaaay better than a hostel.

I have nothing bad to report!

Very recommended. The location is nice with just a few step to cafe and restaurant nearby. The room is spacious and smell good. The bed is big and soft to sleep on. The facilities are new and clean. The bathroom is clean and big which is perfect. The breakfast price is good and delicious and has variety to choose from. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Overall, will definitely come again.

We stayed here for two nights. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We got the optional breakfast which was cheap and included delicious choices in an open buffet style. The room was spacious and included a refrigerator, water kettle, and all amenities you expect to find in a hotel.

The only small downside to our stay was the fact that our room did not have a window. But in all other aspects it was totally fine and exceeded our expectations.

The room was good enough. Everything worked and the staff was helpful and friendly. The beds were quite comfortable and clean.The bathroom was good too.

There were some cockroaches in the room,but not a lot. Not a minus,but a reminder: I'd recommend bringing earplugs,as the street can be noisy and the windows don't really help, it's a big city so it's understandable. I brought mine and had no problem sleeping.
