I had a lovely stay at Ruan Mai Naiyang Beach Resort. The location is perfect — just steps from the beach, surrounded by nature, and very peaceful. The room was simple but clean and comfortable, with everything I needed. I especially loved the relaxed, laid-back atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I would happily stay here again for a quiet beach getaway.

OK so it is a old property, but in the best location. The staff were fantastic, and the room was very clean and tidy. Can't thank the staff enough.

Nothing at all, walk to everything, staff arranged tours and taxi for me and everything was so handy.

- Superb location, directly on the Naiyang beach. Opposite 24/7 Tops Daily supermarket, restaurants, massage salons. Naiyang market is in 15-20 mins by walking. 10 mins by car from airport. Directly on the beach you can find few restaurants. - Every day cleaning! Even when you ask to not clean :) - Comfortable bed, modern interior, all basic furniture is there. Clean fresh bed shits, good mattress and pillows. You will have fridge and safe on your bungalow also - Every bungalow has own terrace. It’s very comfortable and you can sit in silence in any time. There are no many people in this hotel bcoz not many bungalows. - Beach is very long and not so crowded as another popular beaches on Phuket. Almost no waves, very quiet place.

The location is the best. The beach is just beautiful and there are plenty of restaurants right on the beach. It is so close to the airport; 200 bah for tuk tuk or taxi. Just so lovely ending for my trip. It is a perfect place to start or end your trip. Nice pation to sit and enjoy some coffee. Minimart right outside the front entrance of the hotel. Also massage place.

The room is really old and a bit strange. My bathroom flooded after the shower because no drainage near the shower. The place has so much potential so they should fix it. Also smoking should be forbidden!!

Nice small resort on the beach. Very comfortable extra large hard bads. We like this tips of hard mattress 😎. Night table light and plug at each bad. Older refrigerator with evaporator. Kettle, coffee/tea, bottles of water. Working airconditioner. Hot shower, Clean toilet with paper, towels changing every day. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Cca 5 restaurants on the beach one by one. On oposit side of resort is Market opens 24/7. Fresh fruit on the street. Very small street. White sand beach - long to the airport - can you go wallk or run. Working Bolt app. Close to near village. Smilling couple of staff 😎

Well located just off the beach, I had booked a Quadruple rm w/balcony, it had 2 separate bedrooms although the main entry opened into the 1 bdrm and that rm did not have anywhere to put you luggage/clothing, just the bed, no side table, only plug in was not near the bed, high up on the wall. There was also a separate sitting rm off the balcony/deck, with a couch, desk, small fridge and clothes drying rack and oscillating fan which was very nice. There was 1 plastic chair, small table and a built-in wooden bench on the deck. Water was provided daily.

It should have somewhere for clothes in the 1 bdrm...some hooks, bench, cubbies...a place to set electronics to charge. The bathroom could use some shelf space for toiletries. The pictures online showed loungers on the beach however there were none (nearby hotels had some) When I enquired I was told the rules had changed since Covid and because of the nearby national park they weren't allowed to put lounge chairs out as this is the last property before the park area. Having to lay on your towel in the sand wasn't ideal.

I must say I can't complain about anything even the shower was a bit weak but it is very find such bungalows these days, especially you can see the ocean from your balcony, hear the ocean on your bed, walk on the beach at night feeling safe and eat three meals downstairs.

The bungalow was a bit old but I understand it could cost quite bit to refurbish it as they charge a fair price.

We are family of 3 with a 5y old. We got the best room right in front of sea. Quite wide and with one big bed and smaller bed. For this price it was a gem for us. Perfect location-just in front of the beach, down the room was a restaurant you can have meal digging your feet into sand, area is calm, peaceful. Clear water without stones. Perfect for kids. Next to restaurants, small shops, airport. I come to Nai Yang always before the flight to relax and just to escape traffic jams you have on the main road going from Bang Tao, et.al. Very friendly stuff and receptionist. And next morning we ordered car by Bolt and it was only 100bht to go to airport from hotel.

The only minus- most probably the walls are not super thick. We heard a man talking in his room quite loudly till late night. But maybe it depends which room are you in.

Location was excellent, it was less than 100m from the water front. Staff was very helpful and nice. Restaurant Jack's was found in same building - tables on the beach - food was perfect almost every time. Staff there was professional and friendly. Planes were coming and going, with no disturbance at all. Nice community with market nearby, awesome! We had planned to stay 2 nights, it ended up being 2 weeks! We would love to go back some day!

The bed felt too hard at first, but it turned out to be a good thing for our backs.
