Good location near U- bahn and on the border of zone with restricted entryway, near highway. Espacious apartment, well equipped. there is plenty of shops ( Lidl :) ), cofees and restaurants in neighbourhood. There is big table for 10 person, we could spend evening and morning time comfortable. We had good expirience with personal - our chidren forgot on apartment plush toys and they come back and opened apartament in short time ( bud for 20 EUR).

Parking on the street was posible, bud street was fool of cars ( maybe because of border of restrict zone and nearness of U bahn) and was realy difficult to find place. The apartment was a little bit noisy, but this fact we new forward and counted with this. In the kitchen we missed microwave oven and teapot ( there was one by cofee mashine and smelted with cofee)

this apartment is super. you have to booking this property if you traveling with group, they provide good amenities, complete kitchenware and they have a good balkon with a great view. and the good thing is they building have lift, so dont worry if you bring a big luggage. and this place near supermarkt only 5 minutes walk. it's so amazing place

Near train stations which is good. Easy to get around. Rooms are nice, beds are decent.

Can be very noisy here, not the best place to sleep at if you can't handle noise at night.

the unexpected €200 cash deposit we were made to pay with no prior warning I had to run down to the closest cash machine

Noise from another apartment on Saturday night. Equal to very loud party. We tend to be quite lively ourselves but this very loud music and a lot of shouting and screaming was very very noticable for a few hours.

Location was perfect for us The apartment was clean and have good spaces It has a nice terrace

They say it is for 13 persons but there are at least 2 beds that are not comfortable. The apartment really are for 11 persons.

Location is far from famous Berlin objects. Travelling with public transport was costly

Good location close to the u-bahn and s-bahn. Plenty of food nearby and shops.

No Iron

Rooms were spacious. Access via elevator to 5th floor, the stairs to top floor. Lots of dishes & utensils.

Basic cooking items only. Hosts provided 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel only per guest for a weeks stay and some towels were stained. Pillows could use replacing. Some of the curtains were not functioning. Pre-arrival communication was minimal and generic. It was a little nerve-wrecking not being able to communicate about check-in procedure until a few hours before.

The apartment is very light and spacious. Large rooms and comfy beds. The location is great, lots of shops and transport just on the street outside.

There was a few missing basic ammenities that were minor inconveniences but still should have been present. For example there was 6 of us staying for a week and there was only 2 rolls of toilet paper. There was no body wash in the shower, there was also no microwave. Just small things that make a big difference. There was also a handy man that arrived at 9am that we had no warning was coming … he came to ‘measure the balcony’??? Which is just weird whilst we were in bed. This was a major invasion of privacy and should never happen without due warning. I tired to call the owner multiple times and send several messages but we never received an apology or explanation for this.
