Very nice second story one bedroom apartment with views to the front and rear. Large windows and glass sliding doors front and rear allows you to see the ocean to the rear and lookout over the pool to the front. Well appointed kitchen and comfortable bed. Full laundry with washer and dryer and a good shower with a separate toilet. Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice pool area with heated pool

Condenser cloths dryer did not fully dry cloths but there is an airer to finish the drying of cloths

Fantastic location. The beach was our backyard! It meant that we could just walk everywhere, no car and just relax. The heated pool was fantastic too when we wanted to mix it up. The unit itself had everything we needed. Fully equipped. Very comfortable and quiet. We were greeted from the moment we arrived and the staff checked in on us to let us know they were around if we needed them. Loved that. Definitely coming back. This is our new place to stay in Merimbula.

The location of Grandeur Apartments was great, walk out the backyard onto the beautiful beach, and a short stroll to coffee stop and fish and chips lunch. Darren was easy to communicate with and the 2-bed apartment was more than ample for our 2-night stay. The weather was warm, so the pool was a lovely bonus as was the undercover parking for our motorbikes. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped, as was the whole unit. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend as a great place stay and value for money.

Everything was great. We are able bodied so being upstairs was fine for us, but if you are not good with stairs make sure to ask for a ground level unit.

The property is well maintained with the manager attending to cleanliness around the property on a daily basis. The one-bedroom unit we had was well stocked with kitchen crockery / utensils, etc, and there were very up-to-date appliances - big 2-door fridge, washer and dryer. It is in a great location with lovely walks around the lake area where there is plenty of birdlife, etc.

We had a fantastic time at this property over the 2024 Christmas break. The location is simply mind-blowing with the ocean on the front and lake on the side plus a pool in-house. Very neat and clean and had all the amenities as per our needs. Contrary to some reviews we found the beds quite comfortable. Although the property is old but it is well-maintained. The property's host Darren is hard working and very attentive. Will definitely come again

This was our third time staying at Grandeur Holiday Units and it never disappoints! The apartment was super-clean, the hosts friendly and helpful and the location on Fishpen and backing the beach is amazing! We will definitely be back.

We had a ground floor apartment this time - still very well equipped and super-clean but we the upstairs unit has a nicer outlook - sadly it was already booked :(

Very close to beach, 3min walk to coffee cart on beach in mornings, very clean, friendly owners, units had all kitchen/ laundry facilities needed, big fridge, pool is close to rooms, kids activities on site basketball/cricket set/ boogey boards.

We stayed with a teenage son (the accomodation was fantastic) but in hindsight I should have booked 2 bd. The room would have been perfect with younger child. Still worked and was lovely.

The apartment backed onto the beach and was very close to the estuary, so you had two swimming options, three if you count the heated pool. The apartment was comfortable, with plenty of kitchen utensils, plates salad bowls etc. The grounds were immaculate and the staff very helpful. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Some basic cooking essentials salt, pepper, oil would have been good. No shampoo.

Exceeded all our expectations! Was an excellent location and such an inviting space. The kids absolutely adored the pool and the beach was a one minute walk! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook and more. Beds were comfy and the atmosphere was so delightful! Very considerate of kids needs with beach items to borrow and many sporting equipment to use! Will definitely be coming back here yearly for sure.

Location was perfect. Swimming pool was beautiful and amenities great.

This was the last room available when we booked. The bedroom was very small as it had an extra bed squeezed in. Mattress and pillows need replacing, very uncomfortable. It was handy having our own washing machine and dryer but there wasn't any washing powder provided.
