The bed was huge- like really huge! I could lie in the middle and not be able to touch the sides. And it was so comfortable! The location was really good, just a 2 minute walk to piazza Bra and around 10 minutes walk from the station and 15 minutes to the flixbus stop. The property was clean and pretty quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was less than exciting, although there were options and the staff were always willing to replace items and get hot drinks for you. My main concern was with leaving the key with the hotel when I went out. When I returned I would ask for the key by room number and was given it without any checks as to whether I was the person actually staying in that room, not even a request for my name! I feel this is a training need for staff and if this hadn’t been the case I would have given 10/10!

I loved it here, I wish I could have stayed more than one night! The staff are incredibly sweet and helpful, and even took my bag to my room for me. The lady on reception was amazing and so kind, made sure I felt welcome and talked me through the city map (which was free) The whole hotel smelt amazing and everything was super, super clean. Bed was comfortable, even though I only booked a single bed, I slept really well. Cute lights around the bed too and colour changing ones in the bathroom if you wanted a party in the shower😂 Shampoo/body wash provided. Soft, white, very large towels. Air con worked well with adjustable temperature. Breakfast was well laid out with enough choice of cold options. Pastries, yoghurts, toast, fruit, cold meats and cheese, tasty cereals, different juices etc. Location was great - just a minute or two walk from the arena. Not about the hotel but - you MUST visit Verona. It’s so incredibly beautiful and definitely get yourself the Verona Card for entry into all attractions.

The bathroom was a little small and the hotel is down a side street which feels a bit dodgy but it’s very safe. No hot food options for breakfast but this didn’t bother me as there were so many other tasty things to choose from. You could hear a little bit of the other guests flushing toilets, shower, closing doors etc. sometimes but it was okay and didn’t go on in the night.

The hotel is perfectly situated in Verona, just a short walk from the city’s main attractions. It’s a great spot for exploring the historic center, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and charming streets nearby. The breakfast exceeded our expectations! It had a wonderful variety of fresh pastries, fruits, cheeses, and hot options. Everything was delicious and the perfect start to a day of sightseeing. Our room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed. The amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was cozy and inviting. We loved the quiet and peaceful environment, which made for a very restful stay.

Continental breakfast was perfectly adequate for a 3 star hotel. Location was fantastic, close to the Arena for the buses and about a 20 minute walk to the railway station. We booked the 20m rooms (ours were 2nd floor) and they were spacious with great bedding and fluffy towels. There was a large lounge area and a tiny bar tucked away out of sight. I didn’t see anyone making use of either because the location of the hotel meant you didn’t need to as there were plenty of bars on your doorstep. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

The location was superb in the centre of Verona and extremely convenient for the amphitheatre and opera. The room was elegant and well equipped and the bathroom well supplied with theverything you would need. The breakfast looked a bt pedestrian, but we didn't eat there since there was a cheaper and very attractive cafe around the corner. But above all the staff were fantastic: caring, helpful, tolerant of my awful Italian and nother was too much trouble. Thank you Alessandro and colleagues!

Not much to put here. As I comment above, the breakfast looked a bit boring. But it didn't matter: we ate elsewhere.

Excellent location just a few minutes walk from everything. The reception was very helpful in guiding us to the underground car parking (which is located very close) and provided suggestions on non-tourist local restaurants. You can drive right up to the front door to drop off your luggage and check-in. The room was modern, clean, smelled good and was very comfortable. We loved our stay and we will stay here again the next time we’re in Verona.

The staff was very friendly and reacted always in a fast way. The room was nice, tidy - nothing to complain.

A bit disturbing was that in the night for a very long time, loud people were walking or standing outside our room window. I couldn't sleep for a long time , it might be the gate that reflects the sound of the voices, or people were just waffling all te time outside. Maybe they can use better isolated windows. The garage was a bit a challenge, but the staff again was very friendly and professional, not sure if the public parking next time is better - at least I felt secure that no one could steal my car in this garage :D

Very good location , we drove on Autostrada with no problem to the hotel in old town, easy to find with Apple navigation , parking on the premises with parking attendant . A short walk to the arena for Opera, plenty of good restaurants walking distance and after opera or music concerts.

Lighting in the bathroom difficult for woman to see to make up

Location excellent - just around the corner from Piazza Bra and the Arena. Rooms good size, the twin room had a balcony. Beds comfy. Bathroom and shower were big - plenty of room. Staff were so helpful- even got us coffee and pastries when we had a really early start and would miss breakfast. Breakfast - plenty of choice available and tasted lovely. There is a mini bar - but you have to pay for stuff. Slippers available - but no indication whether they were free. Would stay again, no problem.

In a quiet side street location, but very close to piazza Bra. Staff were friendly throughout, with the breakfast lady even remembering our drink preferences each day. Bed was comfortable & windows blocked out any noise from outside. Parking was available, as we pre-reserved it.

The neighbouring properties looked a bit run down , but some are being renovated & the area was safe. The room was a bit warm , with the air system available to blow air but it was not not cool or air con.
