Staff is friendly and professional.

The hotel walls are thin without sound barrier. Conversations in the hallway and adjacent rooms are disturbing. One comes to a hotel to rest. Not to be woken up by noise above your room,, next door and in the hallway. It is obvious that the construction of the building was cheaply done, sound barriers were never integrated during the planning.. My room had a simple connecting door with the adjacent room. I could hear all the conversation from the neighbours room. That is unacceptable. In addition, phones are too complicated to use. I was not able to call the front desk so I used my own international phone to reach the front desk.

Perfect location right next to the playhouse. clean modern well decorated hotel with wonderful staff and large spacious rooms BEST was the Bistro. We planned to eat nearby but they werealll full with waiting long waits. meanwhile, the Bistrl was empty. so we went back to the hotel to eat at the BBistro and it was GREAT!! HAVE THE WINGS!!!

Didn't eat at the hotel. However, I had booked for Friday night but due to unforeseen circumstances I had to chance to Saturday night, The chance was very easy and no hassle or issues making the change ..very PLEASED with that. Hotel bartender was exceptionally pleasant and helpful.

Breakfast was good. We were advised of the wrong time for breakfast to end and so we were late. They were gracious enough to make breakfast for us.

The vents at the top of the 3rd floor on the roof were banging in the wind all night. This made for a very loud and disturbing night with little sleep.

Convenient clean and comfortable location

No Complimentary breakfast ….any hotel /bramd I’ve been at over the past few years has included a good complimentary breakfast. For the price It vs comparable hotels and brands we have visited in southern Ontario that is pretty standard .

We love staying here, it’s a great little getaway spot. We always book the room with whirlpool tub and fireplace and find it a nice romantic spot

The pillows are too soft. Would love a different option for stiffer pillows for those with bad neck or backs

I loved the room, the room was very neat and conveninet, it had a refridgerator, microwave, bathroom was very very clean as well, most of the staff were very nice

The room temperature was cold at night, unfortunately the staff working that night acted indifferent and was not nice to me on settting the room temperature, glad was figured out. sincerely all the other staff I met in the morning are wonderful souls, they were so friendly and nice and caring, I wouldnt rate the hotel bad at all just because of one bad stuff. its a beautiful place to stay.

Best breakfast selection I have ever seen in a hotel. Interesting and tasty choices. I had something different every morning of our five night stay. Breakfast was included in the room cost. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful.

Very friendly staff. Room was very clean. Excellent value for what we paid per night. Next time we are in the area, we are definitely staying here again.

Fire place would not turn off completely. Orientation of the t.v. from the bed was a little awkward. Bed a little too firm.

There was a lot of parking available. This hotel is close to different stores and restaurants but it’s located in a quiet part of town. The staff was very friendly. My room was perfect for me! I especially liked how the TV could be pulled out so I could see if from the bed. Overall, I had a great stay!
