I would live there! Absolutely beautiful place with a great garden under the very old oak tree! Very quite place. Nice hidden parking. Lovely people at the reception. I am planning my next trip through this place - just to enjoy one more time that beautiful garden and stay one night in the hotel!

In the midst of the turmoil of the Russo-Ukrainian War, with hotel/apartments outrageously priced, this place kept its price at its same level, and thus was affordable while I had to remain in Warsaw to get stuff done. It is accessible to the Warsaw transit system (albeit about 1-1/4 hr to get to the city center!) The room was very clean, with a beautiful arboreal feel (although the floor was covered up by rugs), and the communist era toilet (plastic tank!) was like an extraordinarily well-maintained museum piece. The hotel lobby sells beer & snacks at a very moderate price (6 PLN for a 1/2 liter).

The nearest restaurant or grocery store seems to be about 1 km away (although there is a pizza delivery place).

Already the second time I stopped there. Now - together with my mom and dog. I planned my trip that way, to visit this hotel again! Absolutely in love with everything, and espacially with their great old oak tree in their garden!

The Staff was friendly and cooperative. Rooms were cozy and heating was appropriate according to the weather. Very calm and quite atmosphere.

Very good Wi-Fi connection and very quiet sand lovely location. Not really convenient if you want to spend some time in old Warsaw or near busy location

Some problems with the hot water and water pressure

Even though the check-in time is up to 12 pm, the night we arrived I was notified around 8:45 that the check-in is until 9pm. I needed to stop on a highway to call them and reason that we’ll arrive around 9:30pm. Otherwise we would have to search for another place to stand.

Very quiet area, parking overall a good relaxing spot. There is a bbq pit.

Too many insects outside , it's a little difficult to reach back from Warshaw after midnight.

The value was good and they had a beautiful garden.

No AC, but the room had a window that could open and a screen! Those are not a given in Poland.

Nice and clean, super vew all around, this place is that nice magic when pictures shows worse and you will be nicely surprised. 2 separate rooms.

Nice and quiet place. They have beer at the all night reception. :)

The key to the room was like for a wardrobe. The lock is probably very easy to pick. Please install better locks.
