We were visiting for Parent’s Weekend at Siena College. The accommodations and location were perfect. it was close to the school and local restaurants.

I had booked in Booking.com and prepaid. when I arrived the hotel asked for my credit card and charged me for the stay. I brought up my confirmation email and showed that it was indeed already paid. she had a very hard time figuring out how to refund the double charge. I was still showing a small balance at checkout because she could not refund it correctly. She told me to leave and not worry about the balance. I would ask for a copy of the bill when you check out.

I like the atmosphere it was like being at home. They had everything we needed and it was very cost efficient we were spoiled on a budget and we loved it. Traveling with a large family can be a hassle but HOME2 Suits was like home away from home. Very clean quiet and accommodating.

There is nothing bad to say Me and my family enjoyed our Christmas. Wish the pool was bigger.

Breakfast was wonderful. Surroundings and the hotel itself was clean. Staff was very helpful. There was ample parking on premise. Overall I really liked the hotel.

The rooms could be a little bigger, bathroom and interior is a bit dated.

The pool didn't seem to be ready, but that's no big deal.

Very friendly staff when checking in rooms were top notch clean they even provided make up removal wipes I thought that was very thoughtful kitchen and refrigerator makes you feel at home hence the name id definitely stay again thank you Home2Suites

Slight issue when I arrived with my initial room not being cleaned but this was quickly sorted

Staff were amazingly kind and helpful. From the moment of check-in to the very final goodbye. I loved watching the front desk greet the dogs.

Pillows. But honestly I am sure anybody feels that way when they are away from their own.

Location is perfect and convenient for an early flight, very equipped with microwave, big refrigerator, kitchen etc very well equipped

There were no extra sets of sheets in the room to use for the sofa, and the sofa looked old and dirty, it was comfortable though but I would like a cleaner sofa

The Young Lady That Worked the Weekend Day shift, got thing's all mixed up with my card they tried to Over Charge me. It was a confusion she wasn't professional at all. I was disappointed. Also upon arrival I had to call back downstairs to the front desk because my room had a Stinking Smell in it. The Carpet was Dirty. I wasn't impressed.

Everything was great from being welcomed by Kamila who was so wonderful very friendly and welcoming , to leaving and dealing with Walker and Dorothy who made me and my family feel like at home…
