The spaciousness, neediness and outstanding service and friendliness of the staff, Norma and Phumzile is commendable.

The inconsiderate notice levels of the guests above us, moving furniture and children running up and down the stairs and guests with them was disturbing late at night. We had to approach them to consider other guests. Secondly, the only maintenance that must be done is the leaking basin in the bathroom and the dripping noise when you use the tap. The fan must also be fixed.. Does not rotate.

The room were cleaned daily by very patient professional staff, the location is walkable distance from a lovely shopping centre. The property is well secured it feels like you are living in your own home. The staff were great and very accomodating. The property owner was lovely and very welcoming on our arrival. All in all we wanted a location in Roodeport and it was a great choice.

I did have to remind the the cleaning staff to refill the toilet paper on one or two occassions but their response was prompt. Towels and bedding could also be changed more regularly. The driveway is very steep-follow the arrows at the gate or disembark the heavy passengers if your car is low.

Everything.... *The hosts were so warm and welcoming... There's this guy I forgot his name I'm so sorry🤭... Like sir u deserve a raise for your exceptional work... He made sure we were comfortable.. He was very attentive... He just makes you feel extremely special. I thank you from the bottom of my heart 🙏 *The owner made it a priority to arranged for us to get proper directions when we got lost *The rooms where clean and beautiful Overall the place was like a home away from home... Peaceful and relaxing... I absolutely loved everything about the place 👌👌👌

I have nothing to complain about... Everything was perfect The room was clean The place was peaceful The cherry on top was that the hosts were very welcoming and attentive... The best part is they offered to help offload our luggage. Thank you so much to the hosts for everything we honestly enjoyed our stay there Beautiful place 😊🙏

That I couldn't stay forever 😊

The location is near many easy to find shops. Big enough room with kitchen and bathroom. Very modern. Has solar backup power and wifi. Staff is very friendly. The host Natalie made us feel very welcome.

Driveway is a bit of a challenge. The room could do with a smart TV so I could use my own Netflix or Prime video account.

We liked the location, we loved the clean look that we got from the studio and how helpful the lady was who received us on arrival.

Not about the property but just that the lady who received us was unsure of our arrival and she had to still add the extra bed into the studio for our fourth person.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. The wifi was good. Shower water temperature was lovely and hot. The unit was very spacious and the kitchen well stocked. We appreciated the small extras like tea/coffee/sugar/milk and the international plug provided. Beds are comfy and the unit is serviced daily. Additional extras are meals and car washing. We had breakfast and it was great. Security on the property is good, and we felt safe.

The water pressure in the shower is low and would benefit from a shower head suited to low water pressure. The parking is tight, but they are in the process of enlarging the parking area.

The apartment was amazing and of course very comfy and cosy. I loved every single thing that brought the decorations together.

To be honest everything was just as expected, but I just wish they could do something about the steep hill at the entrance on the gate. If you're driving a small car you'd battle to go in or out. I heard my car hit the ground when i went in. Either than that it's an amazing place. I'd recommend it for anyone.

The facilities are up to date. From the buildings to the furniture inside everything is just perfect very comfortable and clean . The staff is very friendly and professional. Yolanda helped us feel at home from the moment we arrived until we left. We were home away from home. We were able to work while the kids enjoyed playing at the balcony

Interrupted use of electricity due to repairs

The place was clean, beds very comfortable. Nothing bad to say at all. Yolanda and Michael (staff) were very friendly and welcoming. Thanks guys and well done. Definitely going to book you guys again the next time I'm looking for a place.
