Delicious food, atttentve, well trained staff, quality branded drinks, and a selection of 3 pools to use and sit around. We loved the Elegancia Pool area, tucked away and shaded by palms, so as sun worshipers spent their days around the other 2, it was quiet too, also mainly shielded from traffic noise. Loved the spacious apartment/ room with separate lounge and exceptionally comfy beds. A few local shops a few mins walk away.

The location not great, though a shuttle bus gets you around and about easily. If this hotel was on the beach, it would be out of our price range .. cant have everything.

The staff were always so friendly and helpful (especially Mustafa and Mohammed!) even when they were working long shifts and the hotel was busy. We had some nice welcome snacks on arrival which was thoughtful. We always had a place to sit around pools and there was a nice, relaxed vibe around the Elegancia pool especially. The common areas in the hotel were very cool and comfortable, enjoyable to hang out in. The food could be a bit hit and miss but mostly good. Pisco was great!

I agree with a previous reviewer that our rooms was a bit tired and could do with a bit of a spruce (cracked paint in shower and some rusty hinges). The drinks at the bar were also hit and miss, there’s quite a long list of cocktails offered but it felt like you could only rely on certain bar staff to make the drink you wanted to a good quality, so maybe a bit more training needed there.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at your hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The entire team was incredibly warm, cheerful, and giving, creating an atmosphere that allowed us to relax both mentally and physically. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave! A very special thank you goes to Maria, Vito, Mustafa, Fares, and Sofia – each of them was outstanding, attentive, and truly made our experience unforgettable. Their kindness and professionalism added so much joy to our stay, and we cannot praise them enough. Every single staff member we encountered treated us with such warmth and respect – it was beyond expectations. We are deeply grateful for the hospitality, the smiles, and the comfort we enjoyed throughout our visit. Absolutely nothing!

Very polite and friendly staff, the room was cozy and clean. I personally, liked the way staff treated me and my sister, offering the best hospitality with their own way like we are all one family. Furthermore, i enjoyed the traditional complimentary goodies in the room that they offered and kept replenishing with big bottles of water. On my next visit to Paphos will definately stay here again.

The only thing that i can say it needs an upgrade is the quality and quantity of the food. I stayed only for one night but what i have experienced Not many options of food for lunch and the quality and taste it was ok. I believe it should have more traditional dishes rather than International food.

We had one bedroom suite, this is very nice little apartment - bedroom and small livingroom with kitchen area with kettle and coffeemaker. Nice view from balcony to the pool. Breakfast was excellent, also sparkling wine, tea, coffee, friendly service. Also hotel provides sauna, inside pool and some spa services - thai massage was very good.

Location is a bit far from sea - 10 minutes to walk. If you do not want go to the beach, this is not an issue. And from the other side - main big shopping mall was nearby, if you need to buy something, also few nice little restaurants.

The hotel was clean and freshly decorated, nice choice of pools and sun loungers however I think in busy times there could be a shortage. We stayed in February and we could have any sun lounger we wanted. The room had a very comfortable bed nice and clean with complimentary water in rooms, you could also help yourself to bottled water from the restaurant. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

The location was a little way away from old town and beach area. However there was a free shuttle bus and it was only a 15 minute walk which we quoted liked to beach area and 20 /25 mins to the old town.

The hotel staff and manager gave the best service i have ever got. The rooms were clean and very big, the hotel was beautifull and tidy. The pisco restaraunt of the hotel was amazing and a wonderfull experience of the 10 dishes meal. The staff helped us a lot with everything we need, recommended the best places to visit and helped us with taxies and restaraunt reservations. We really enjoyed and it is highly recommened. There's no doubt that we will come back!

Nothing Everything was amazing

They really made my birthday special with birthday cushion on the bed, pink sparkling wine and brought out a birthday cake and sang happy birthday which was all a total surprise and lovely. Rooms very large with complimentary pool towels and beach bag. Air-con excellent. Fell in love with the hotel cats-one in particular white and ginger spotted fluffy one, named him fluffy for our stay. Wonderful to see the most amazing fruit growing in the hotel grounds. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Good location 10 min walk to the mall.

Nothing really but felt that it was pretty expensive for our 3 night stay half-board. But then it was a treat for my birthday. Indoor pool was very small and freezing cold and the jacuzzi feature wouldn't turn on, luckily we only had to use it once.

The welcome was very nice and we received good rooms, an upgrade to Deluxe from Superior, overall good quality price and free parking. The room was extremely spacious and had nice quiet positioning.

Dinner a bit expensive at the restaurant compared to what you can get outside the hotel, but the hotel is also a bit far from the main restaurants area and sea side.

Food was delicious. Staff very friendly, helpful quick service.

Housekeeping. The room was not very clean. Spider Webs in every corner. The bathroom was a disaster, dirty toilet with hair and skid marks. The coffee spoons weren't clean at all. Daily housekeeping service was very poor. Based on taking out the trash, making a bed with ours Pj's thrown on the side tables and giving us fresh towels. That was it. We even had to wash the coffee cups ourselves every day. Un
