Our recent stay at Haven Riviera Cancun was nothing short of perfect—and while the resort itself is stunning, it was the amazing team who truly made it unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, **Memo** greeted us with warmth and enthusiasm, personally escorting us to our room and making us feel instantly welcomed and relaxed. Throughout our stay, **Abel** and **Ana** were ever-present—gracious, attentive, and always anticipating our needs. Their genuine care and personal attention made us feel exceptionally valued. A special thank you to **Valentina**, who helped coordinate all our reservations flawlessly. From dining to special requests, she ensured every detail was handled with ease and professionalism. And to the rest of the team—**Alan**, **Carlos**, **Elias**and everyone we encountered in the restaurants and bars—thank you for your kindness, exceptional service, and the way you always greeted us with a smile. The food, the views, the ambiance—all were incredible. But it’s the people that made Haven Riviera feel like a true escape. We left already dreaming of our return.

The food was amazing and the facilities were even better. We were a little cautious of booking an all inclusive however this hotel is fantastic!! The staff were always accommodating and friendly. The rooms were very comfy.

The property is beautiful and the staff are incredibly attentive and helpful. We liked how close it was to the airport, the grounds and the room were all really lovely.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay however we would've loved more activities that are more convenient to the resort. Most of the activities offered by the reps on-site required a 6am or 7am departure and took most of the day because there were several activities. We would've preferred options like a simple snorkeling excursion or more activities on the property not revolving around the bar or the spa. The food was just ok overall, which we somewhat anticipated.

It was an enjoyable trip for us. The place is clean, it wasn't so busy when we went. Very relaxing environment. The beach area is nice. We may try the "Serenity" side of the property next time lol

In our experience there was nothing to dislike other than our room, it had this excessive smell of mold and humidity. It was super strong to the point we had to keep the balcony doors open ventilating during the day to be able to sleep. We identified that was not limited to the room we were in, but the area in general (hallway and other rooms - when doors were open by the cleaning staff we could smell the same odor). It affected my health by the end of our stay, so to avoid my mistake, ask to change rooms if you end up in the locality.

I liked that the property was not in the heart of town. Everything you need is in the location

The Restaurants were not great with the food. The Italian was certainly the worst. The food seemed like it was frozen and defrosted. Even pizza was not good.

Very impressed with the facilities as a whole. The room was very spacious with a nice sun facing balcony. It was a shame that we had workmen outside our room in the morning plastering the roof, but that didn't necessarily get in the way.

On the night we arrived (April 9th) we went to the bar by the pool where they had a "musician" playing the keyboard and "singing" songs. The singer had by far the worst singing voice I have ever heard and was being laughed at by the guests. I know I am being mean writing this, but this guy was a laughing stock and should not have been performing at a 5 star resort and seeing him being laughed at was even more uncomfortable than the singing. I have got a recording of the singing if anyone needs proof. It is also a shame that what is deemed the better restaurants in the hotel requires significant advanced booking.

We LOVED this resort! The pools were wonderful, the beach was relaxing and the workers were fantastic. The food was the BEST food we have had at an “all-inclusive” in a long time. Plus the daily activities such as bingo, DJs, and nightly shows were very fun.

The only complaint we had was that you can’t book reservations at the 6 restaurants until check-in. For people going for a long trip, it’s not a big deal. But for us only going for a few days, by the time we checked in, the only available reservations were at 9 PM, which was a bummer.

There was no free shuttle to airport which really disappointed us as this hotel is a 5star hotel.

Is was perfect! The room was huge, the bed was comfortable, we have a private hot tub in our room that upgraded the room. There even has a bluetooth in the bathroom. The mini bar was full with drinks and snacks. The facilities of the hotel were great- 2 huge pools, tennis court and a coffee shop with great coffee and pastries. The food was amazing! Especially the buffet and the oleo restaurant. In the night they have a club that every night has different activity and after that it become to a party. They also has a quite bar. The staff were very nice, especially the bell boy. We really enjoy, our vacation was 10/10 and if we come back to cancun will go back.

Its a few little things that doesn’t really affect on our vacation- The hotel is far from the hotel zone, and get in to the hotel zone is very expensive. But the hotel has soo much activities, we didn’t want to get out so it didn’t effect on use. Also, the beach near the hotel is less pretty than the beach in the hotel zone. But the pools of the hotel were huge so it didn’t bother us. Another thing is that they have a dress code to there restaurants and they will not let you in if you are not dressed they way they ask, so make sure to check it before

I recently stayed at this beautiful resort for three nights and had a lovely experience overall. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with refreshing drinks and friendly smiles. Check-in & Arrival: We arrived early at 12 PM, having informed the resort in advance of our expected arrival. Unfortunately, despite this, check-in was not possible even a minute before 3 PM, which was a bit disappointing. Resort & Location: The resort is spacious and well-maintained, featuring around eight restaurants (Asian fusion, Teppanyaki, Italian, Mexican steakhouse, a buffet, a snack bar, and a set menu option) as well as five to six bars. • Distance: ~20 minutes from the airport and 40 minutes from the hotel zone. Room & Amenities: Our ocean-view room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, featuring a large balcony and a jacuzzi. Perfectly maintained: fresh sheets, clean floors, towels, and well-functioning AC. Good water pressure in the shower. Pools & Beach: The resort offers three pools: • Main pool: Large, clean, and lively with daily activities (pool volleyball, stretching, etc.), but not heated. Service at the pool was great—waiters were always within sight and attentive. • Two quieter pools: One for all guests and another exclusively for Serenity Club members. Beach experience: Unfortunately, the beach was heavily covered in seaweed, and the waves were quite strong during our stay. Additionally, service at the beach was poor—there were very few servers, and getting drinks took far too long. Dining Experience: All restaurants require reservations except for the buffet. Here’s a breakdown of our experiences: ⭐ Satsu (Asian Fusion) – Decent variety, food was okay/good. ⭐ Tahani (Set Menu) – Available for Serenity members or an additional fee. Live show (2-2.5 hours) with great food and impeccable service. ⭐️ Buffet – Delicious breakfast options with plenty of variety. ❌ Voramar (Italian) – Disappointing.
