We had a 3 bed apartment with a terrace and a balcony - 1 x double 2x twin and 2x bathroom. We enjoyed the accommodation - it was like a townhouse with 3 flights of marble stairs. The gardens were very well maintained and very pretty. There were a couple of local pools. The staff at Kai were all lovely and we enjoyed their drinks, food and happy hour. Some very attentive staff. We were able to walk to the beach ( turn left - lots of nice bars along the way) coastal walk is lovely.) We walked across the a7 for some nice restaurants. We found a lovely Mexican off the coastal path and lots of nice beach bars related to other hotels which were nice ( a little pricey). We used bolts ( uber) to get to Porto banus and old town Marbella.

Not much. We would come back. A little disappointed we couldn’t get a late check out but that was fine. However we realised we left something In the apt at 4pm and the cleaners hadn’t even started on the room ( we were leaving at 4.30) A late check out would have helped - we got an extension to 11am

The accommodation was spotlessly clean, plenty kitchen equipment and it was well worth paying extra for a garden terrace and we were allowed to go into the property early which was a bonus as we had two small children. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. It is a great family environment and the pool areas were very good. Overall it was great and I would return.

If I was being picky, I would have liked the children's club to be open as it is nice for them to get out of the sun and make new friends in another environment as it was May bank holiday so plenty of children were there.

Excellent facilities. Villas, pools and kids club facilities are excellent. Beach is closeby though you need to rent the sunbeds. The staff are friendly. Location is very scenic - full of flowers and greenery. Plenty of good restaurants and supermarkets closeby. Estepona and Marbella are about 20 mins away. Overall, I would recommend the resort for a family stay. Kids love the pool and facilities.

To reach the resort you need to take a short deviation from main road on a small road. Advise on this in advance will help guests driving. The mattress in the bedroom are lumpy and can be improved.

We had a truly great experience at this hotel, starting with the amazing host at the reception who explained everything thoroughly and provided us with a family room upgrade due to low occupancy. The hotel area is beautifully maintained, green, and clean, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. It offers a wide range of amenities, including a restaurant, indoor and outdoor pools, a jacuzzi, a tennis court, and a gym, ensuring guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, microwave, and even a juice extractor, making it convenient for preparing meals.

The beach in the area is not ideal, with concrete blocks in the sea, requiring a walk to find a better spot for swimming. The swimming pool is not big, which might be a limitation for those looking for more space to swim. Overall, despite these minor drawbacks, everything else about the stay was perfect.

We stayed for 4 nights. Very beautiful and clean resort! Responsive and kind staff. Very good restaurant with kind waiters. We were only in the large pool, the water is warm and clean, the relaxation area by the pool is relatively spacious, but it may happen that all the sun loungers are occupied. The apartments were very clean, equipped with everything you need and spacious with a beautiful terrace where you can sunbathe and have a meal. The whole resort was in flowers, which made it very attractive!

The bed in our room could have been more stable, that's the only thing we didn't like about the apartment. We had neighbors above us who were moving furniture and it was very loud, especially late at night. The neighbors next door were very loud and had parties every day, but that's not the resort's fault. Last night they have party until 3 am. The administration said we should have reported it right away because noise and parties are not allowed after 12 am. Overall, we really enjoyed our time there.

Staff were very helpful. Apartment had everything you need. Great free safe parking. Fantastic near by restaurants on site. Safe in apartment which is always helpful. Very quiet location. Beach 2 mins walk away.

Apartment at night time was cold. Staff very kindly gave us additional blankets for the bed. Despite this it was cold during night time sleeping. Could of used a nice warm Duvet. This does seem a bizzare thing to write but February at night time in Spain can be chilly. Clearly there be no complaints during the Summer months.

As we landed late to Malaga Airport on the Friday, we had a 50minute drive to the resort location and our arrival time was around 1am. The security guard provided our apartment key and we had no issue getting access to the room, where we had ordered a small basket of food and drinks in case we were hungry and also to make breakfast the next day. The next 7 days we became familiar with the area, our apartment location had a car park area, and we had 2 pools to enjoy, the smaller side pool and the slightly larger pool at the rear with more grass land to relax on. There was a small shop which was enough to get fresh bread, snacks, drinks etc and you were a short walk to the beach area which was also very nice and relaxing. Our apartment was ideal with 2 large bedrooms, one with an en suite and the other used by the 2nd room, the living area was large with a dining room and kitchen area, which was large enough for what we needed. It also had a roof terrace which was very large and great in the evenings to sit and relax and play games all together. I liked that the area was not overly busy and I enjoyed that we were not in a large town or inside a city centre, we found it easy to drive to locations by car and explore many around us (Ronda, Tarifa, Estepona, San Pedro de Alcantara etc) The apartment was fully air conditioned and trust me, you need it :)

On arrival the security guard wanted to take the details of the credit card and write them down, even though we had prepaid, i did not want to hand over credit card data which is written on paper, i refused this, as any security deposit can now be done through the machine. Our apartment balcony looking out to the motorway, where at first you do not want to listen to the noise, however it did become less important as the days went on but it was not the perfect start. Nothing else only a few small things.

The architecture of everything is extraordinary. It's clean, well maintained, and full of flowers. Wonderful apartment with a beautiful garden terrace. The reception was super motivated and friendly. Great staff. The bistro and restaurant were very tasty. The swimming pools are nicely located. The indoor pool could be warmer but is fine. The whirlpool is not accessible for -12 years. The sauna and Hammam are not accessible for -16 years. This is a pity. But Macdonald hotels, we enjoyed it a lot and will come back. Pricewise, certainly 9.5/100l

Our rented apartment for the vacation was absolutely wonderful! Everything was perfectly organized, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by a friendly host who provided us with all the necessary information. The apartment was spacious and well-furnished, making us feel right at home. The kitchen equipment was comprehensive, allowing us to prepare our own meals. The bathroom was clean, and the shower had a strong water flow. The best feature of the apartment was its location. The place was conveniently situated, close to the beach and shops, giving us easy access to everything we needed. Additionally, the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, which contributed to relaxation and rest. We couldn't be more satisfied with our stay in this apartment. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation spot. We will definitely return here on our next opportunity!

Lots of space. Apartment was very clean and full equipped. No parking problems at all as you can park outside the residence, just 50 meters away from the apartments. Beach about 150m away.

The main pool (south side) was too full and noisy. People simply do not behave and break all rules, starting with “reserving” the sunlounges with their towels, to jumping into the pool. The pool personnel just don’t care, it’s just “anarchy”. The beach is not well maintained. Showers are not working, due to the water shortage in the region.
