I'd never before needed an airport-adjacent hotel but it made sense for us for one night during a complicated 36 hours in which we left a hotel in southeast Thailand very early, returned a rental car at BKK about 11 a.m., and the next day caught an a.m. plane to Singapore, took a taxi to Woodlands border stn to exit Singapore, then took a local bus across the JB Straits, entered Malaysia, picked up another rental near JB Sentral and drove to Muar, Malaysia. The verdict: the hotel was pricey but well worth it to have an easy afternoon and a decent sleep. Much cheaper tho' than the hotels right at the airport and only slightly less convenient. Easy shuttle pickup from BKK, large comfortable room with kettle and fridge, pleasant if small outdoor pool, plus a fitness room, a few shops and restaurants nearby. Obvi, their whole business is managing people using BKK so they have reliable and cheap shuttles. We checked in about 13:00 and left about 5 a.m.

So trivial but somewhere I read the shuttle was free. It isn't. However, it's only 100 bahts so no big deal. Also the place looks a little worn out, though clean and comfortable. Pet peeve: people who hog the sunloungers all day by leaving their towel or belongings when they aren't there. Just a gripe of mine.

Close to the airport. Wonderful service in the sky restaurant/bar. The wait staff were caring and attentive. Nicely presented food. Open until 1 am. Clean swimming pool, steam room and gym open very late. Good shuttle service at all hours. Nice rooms with comfy beds.

That it was on 2 sides of the road. The rooms were on one side and you had to cross the way outside to the swimming pool area. Breakfast didn't have many options. There were some stifried foods and eggs options. Uninspiring customer service in the breakfast place which was a cafe next door. The hotel restaurant decor was tired and dreary. They had ugly halloweeen decorations all round the the reception area when we were which cheapened it.

We booked for 1 night before our flight the next day. Had already booked Skyline Resort but that was terrible so forfitted the booking and booked here at very short notice. Great location for airport, with shuttle for 100 baht per room. Nearby convenience stores. Very helpful staff and excellent facilities including swimming pool, gym, childrens play area, massage, etc. Clean good sized room, 1 had modern smart TV. Decent restaurant and bar with good prices, and discounted breakfast available in the morning. Will always stay here in the future and for more nights to make full use of the facilities.

A larger family room woud have been great as we have an 18 year old and a 7 year old. Would have been nice if both rooms had smart TVs with Netflix app.

This is the third time I have stayed here as a stopover and to be honest I don't think I would bother going anywhere else, the staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble, the hotel has everything you need and more, the rooms are well equipped and very clean, comfortable beds and showers that actually work properly, everything about this place is above what you would expect for the price.

I can't think of anything that would stop me from booking here again.

The reason we went there was we had left Phuket and needed a room for a night before our flight the next day. It was such a great place. They had a shuttle bus that got you from the airport to the hotel. During the pick up the gentlemen got our bags in and out of the shuttle and once checked in took us to our room so we did not have to drag the bags everywhere by ourselves. There is a pool and a lovely upper deck to have drinks and snacks. Very close was a 24/7 mart for waters and whatever you need. Street food was a stones throw away and this great restaurant with dragon fountains. If I ever go back to Thailand I would stay there again.

Softer beds.

Very close to airport with cheap shuttle service. Food and drink available at on site bar/restaurant. Prices were reasonable. Rooms comfortable and good size. Triple glazed so no aircraft noise even though they fly low over the building. Only there one night so didn’t use many facilities. Area around felt safe and many shops, restaurants and a large area full of statues to look at.

Had to wait about 40 minutes for the shuttle from Suvarnabhumi, return shuttle was faster.

I always stay at this hotel when travelling out from Thailand, it is located close to the airport and the shuttle back and forth takes less than 10 minutes, the hotel is clean and the rooms are large, there is zero noise from the airport as they have double glazed windows, the hotel is also very amenable with early check ins and the additional fee is very cheap, they have a rooftop restaurant that oversees the planes landing and the food is great and reasonably priced

Nothing to dislike about this hotel

Outside area was great.. they have a massage parlor, nail salon, restaurant etc on site. There are also a couple of restaurants just around the corner from hotel. The shuttle ride to the airport was easy and convenient, and less than taxi. If you wanted to walk a little distance, there is a night market and lots of vendors within 1-2 miles to the left when exiting hotel. It's a busy street, but plenty of sidewalk walking and pedestrian overpass if needed. Overall, great for the price and convenience closer to airport. No issues with planes or noise.

There was still garbage in our bathroom trash can when we arrived, however, room otherwise appeared cleaned.

This hotel is very close to BKK. The rooms are large with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The bar is a need to visit on top of the hotel. You can see the planes take off and land from the roof top. The food is good and the drinks are delicious. I am afraid to say too many good things about this hotel in fear of being sold out the next time I go there. I have stayed in this hotel dozwns of times and is my favorite. The price is right and the facilities exceed my expectations.

The bar could stay open a bit later but not really complaining. When you are in the mood to party sometimes closing time comes a little too soon. :-)

Have stayed several times before and had a far better experience. This time the shower drain was blocked and the shower recess filled with water. Went sightseeing one day and arriving back that night our room had not been made up. Couldn't find a telephone number for Housekeeping so contacted Reception. A staff member arrived with clean sheets to make up the bed and change bathroom towels before leaving. The room floor was not cleaned. The bathroom toiletries were not restocked, no toilet paper. Coffee and sugar supplies were not replaced.
