great 9 days stay, comfortable bed, spacious, quiet and clean room with a comfortable living area and kitchenette with stove, mini fridge, toaster and drip coffee machine. there is a laundry room for the exclusive use of guests: it has 2 washing machines ($2.50 for a 40 minute cycle) and 2 dryers ($1.75 for a 45 minute cycle) where I never had problems finding a place. you need coins that you can change at the reception and if you want you can also buy detergent there. there is a fairly well-stocked gym and various cross fitness equipment and underground parking. a 1 minute walk away you can find the Safeway, a bank with ATM and the area is perfect for getting around everywhere. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly, from check-in to check-out, and the cleaning staff has always been nice too. We highly recommend this place!

the kitchenette is very basic and could definitely benefit from more cups (of normal size), cutlery, scissors, plates, coffee filters, at least salt..

Room size is great, the direction of the window and balcony is facing the setting sun, so a bit hot during our stay. Breakfast is adequate, all hot items are reheated via microwave and toaster, includes burritos, waffle and bagels. Kitchenette is adequate, just need to get grocery including oil and salts if you want to prepare your meal. Plenty of supermarkets with walking distance.

There are plenty of parking space around, but one wants to park on-site, it charges 10/night.

Location is excellent with a lot of Indian markets & restaurants around. Staff is helpful and supporting. The property has W/D facilities and a family can stay as in a studio apartment. The accommodation has a working kitchen with basic utensils and kitchenware.

Breakfast is at the reception room (they have a couple of tables with 6-8 people can sit at a time). However, breakfast options are limited. But of course, it's still good.

This was a great hotel. Clean, spacious, and super friendly staff. The location is great too. There are stores within walking distance from the property. It's a very amazing place.

I would have given this an exceptional rating, but we spent a lot of time going back and forth to the front desk to have out keycards re-keyed. I'd say in 3 days we had to return to the front desk 12-15 times because the key deactivated. Despite following instructions about keeping the keys away from phones and wallets, it didn't matter.

The size of room plus kitchenette was amazing for me, my wife, and toddler

They could benefit with a security guard as my car was opened and vandalized inside. Nothing was stolen since I do not keep anything of value in itand it seemed to be some local teenagers just doing stupid stuff. My fault for not locking door, but they did seem to be waiting as it happened withing 30 mins of being there.

The location is really nice! The staff is good and helpful. They have laundry room so you just need to exchange for coins at the front desk.

WiFi is really weak and I want to use my own cellular data, but the signal is weak too. I could not have video calls with my families.

Very spacious, bright, the small kitchenette is actually well equipped and very functional. The location is wonderful, next to a mall with Safeway, and lots of restaurants nearby.

I was not expecting to pay parking fee $10 per night.

+ the garage + location was great, there is a supermarket just across the street and you can reach anything you would need within a few minutes by car + little kitchenette + room was spacious + very easy check-in + coffee in the lobby in the morning and during the day

- shower / bath room could be a bit more modern - staff seemed bored most of the time but they were helpful

It was very convenient to have a little kitchen. We had attended a funeral in the area and needed to prepare some food.

There were limited kitchen supplies. The kitchen had no kitchen towels and a used kitchen sponge to clean the dishes. With Covid still fresh on our minds, it was quite unsatisfactory and unclean to clean dishes with an used sponge. Also, the front desk staff was not the most welcoming upon check out. Check in staff were very cordial.

I liked the size of the bed, free breakfast, and kitchen; they were all clean and easy to access. There was also ample toiletries and the shower was good and hot.

I wish the shower door was able to close fully and properly, separate from bedroom. The kitchen knives were quite dull, and I also desired a TV that is more modern.
