Lots of eatery around. Very relax place event the security on the ground floor is very try helpful. The Malay young slim guy at the reception upon our check in is also very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our trip like staying at home 💕 thank you.

The only problem is toilet paper given only half a roll. And one night when I ask for more they don’t have any so given us tissue paper. Otherwise all is fine.

Cleanness of the room was up to expectation, water pressure was great, for the price I pay it's totally worth it. Heated, aircond was working, although my room was near to the reception, it's not noisy at all. Don't mention about all the nearby stores which can get decent coffee and buy stuffs.

The only thing was Iin the morning 8am, there's wall hitting sounds like renovation was going on, it was not from the hotel but next door, we can't stop other building doing that but it was too early in the morning.

Complete with basic necessities. Near to eateries and pharmacies. Water pressure was not that strong during peak hour, but it was strong during midnight/early morning. Easy and smooth check in/out process. You have to climb few stairs before taking the elevator to level 1 (receptionist). This may not be suitable for wheelchair user.

Limited parking spot. You can clearly hear sound of water in the wall and voices of others from the surrounding.

The room was spacious, bed was comfy and big. The bathroom was awesome. We totally enjoyed the huge jacuzzi and shower facility! My kids love the bathroom! There were many eateries right downstairs. A nice breakfast place was open even during CNY period!

it is not soundproof. me n my kids just literally talking n giggling. but got complain for being loud. the person that make the complained is a tourist and i just hate the situation. maybe next time u can warned them the tourist about the room is not soundproof.

THE JACUZZI TUB REALLY GOOD!! I had night light speaker provided in my room and it really was a great use for me that night. Paid less than 280 only to have such luxury, plus can ask for the coffee maker and the coffee was so good. I really enjoyed the night i stayed in the hotel and definitely gonna repeat again!!!

Receptionist is unreachable, i had to go down to ask for assistance since my tub got one button not functioning. but they still came up later to help...

When I enter the room, it was beyond expectation. The room was very clean and the smell is so good. It suits the name of Dream Luxury hotel where you feel like you are staying at 4 or 5 stars hotel with a cheaper price.

Not much...only have problem with toilet's door knob. Its a bit difficult to lock from the inside. The room space is quite small and a bit difficult to perform prayer for Muslim. The parking is quite difficult to find because the location is at shop area but you can just double park in front of the hotel. The staff will take care of it.

The manager (i think) looked for our parking, to ensure we park in correct area (not sure if got fine if park at a wrong place). The receptionist is very nice even when i've questions him few times (a bit shock & can't hear clearly). The hotel floor have locked door, no outsider can enter without access card. Rooms have big space for prayer (Muslim).

Not that i didn't like, but more on improvement. Not sure if i've missed it. since they got few type of rooms (nicely decorated), it will be better if they label the room type on their photo (was interested with the honeymoon room actually but only know the room name when i checked in at hotel).

Strategic location, convenience for food and drinks. The staff must give a thumbs up.

Parking may have a problem as you still need to pay for parking on Sunday, one thing good , the hotel provide a special staff just to handle this by providing a parking ticket.

Room clean and bed comfortable

We got our room last and the window behind is back road and got few shop backdoor open very noisy. Our room side and opposite customer very noisy especially midnight still laughing and shouting. Toilet easy flood. Water drain very slow.
