Staff are friendly and reliable. I have stayed here before, and this was my preferred hotel to stay at. Rooms are big compared to similarly priced hotels. Common areas are all maintained really clean and everything works. There's a light airy vibe to the hotel.

There was serious construction going on next door, but this was just for a few days according to staff. This was in mid March 2025. They were gutting the whole building, so jackhammers were difficult to escape between 7am and about 5pm. Unfortunately the hotel was quite full and I could not get a room change, so had to change hotels. Hot water for showers was only luke warm at various times.

Everything was pretty good with the hotel and with our room. The larger space was nice, and the shower had a glass wall and glass door!! Indoor pool was ok. Da Nang is a big city and the beach area of hotels is monstrous, so most places/things are quite a distance to walk. Kings House is a fair walk to the beach and it's a fair walk to eg the Dragon Bridge. In any case there are plenty of restaurants not far from the hotel. Tour agencias, decent convenience stores or even fresh fruit stands are in short supply in the beach area.

We liked the facility, although the shower and some areas need updates but overall it was a good stay. They clean the rooms and give new towels, toiletries and tissue, they also change linens as long as you don't put a "Do not disturb " they will clean your room. I love that there is a swimming pool inside the building and there was a sauna which was the reason I booked this hotel in the first place, unfortunately, I couldn't use it because of time and I was quite sick then.

Beautiful and spacious room. The hotel was well located too, not far from the dragon bridge, and good small restaurants and convenience stores around. At reception, there was one girl who was very helpful and recommended a few things for us.

The sauna was good but the door didn't close properly so we had to hold it for a while to prevent the heat from going out. Also, the shower would take a while to get hot (so if you take a quick shower, you probably will only get lukewarm water)

The room was clean and spacious with a lovely view to the mountains. The staff really helpful and friendly. The massage was really good and I wish I would have used the spa more. The kitchen are could be improved, maybe add a cutting board, knife and some spoons The WiFi is quite good as I was able to held zoom meeting just fine. Overall really happy with the stay and would recommend

I stayed initially at the hotel for 3 days but extended my stay for a further 4 days. Very pleasant, friendly hotel staff who helped me hire a scooter and matched me with a suitable room to continue my stay there. The rooms are clean, with large windows. The location is super: 5 minutes to get to the neighbourhood with different cafes and restaurants, as well as the beach.

Overall we were satisfied. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. We had a good sauna.

The shower curtain in the bathroom was moldy and ridiculously short (about 1 m was missing). When we told the reception that we wanted to use the sauna, they said it was on, even though it wasn't. After we mentioned this, they turned it on.

It’s spotlessly clean, excellent value for money! We thought it would be too good to be true, but it was everything like the photos! The staff are very pleasant and friendly! Nothing was ever too much to ask, even asking for extra pillows. Highly recommend for your stay in Da Nang!

Lovely big bed and huge windows to look out of that bought in a lot of light. Great room for the price and good location

There was building works going on basically in the hotel which started very early in the morning and it was above the pool so i didn’t feel like it was a good idea to use the pool

The hotel with very nice with a large room. The helped us to arrange tickets for Ba Na Hills and provided us advice when needed.

They said that the laundry would arrive ironed and finally it wasn’t. And it is not really ready in 3h because they do it only the evening.
