Room was specious. Free parking . Good option after a day in Alishan that ended late and no time to drive to a big city.

Pillow was too firm. No chairs in the room , only 2 banches without backrest. Dinner at the restaurant is only available if ordered in advance but we arrived at 18:00... No other options around but a 7/11 .

The room was clean, the bathroom was equipped with toiletries and it was quiet.

The air conditioning was cold when it was winter and the sound proofing was inadequate if you have kids living the next room

Booked 2 rms for my family of 5. Rms were comfy n spacious for our family. Staff were very friendly n dedicated n specially prepared some vegetarian dishes for our family. Highly recommended👍🏻

The room is spacious with mountain view. It’s worth taking the bus out of the city for some quiet.

Before check-in, the staff on the phone confirmed the full meal plan, including vegetarian breakfast; however, there were only three vegetarian dishes to choose from. Luckily, I didn't spend NTD350 on it. The front desk staff seemed to know very little about their services, including dining options. Or maybe this is their way of attracting customers to buy the "meal-free dinner". However, they care a lot on tiny little things on the paid list.

Ideal as a pitstop to/fro alishan.

Friendly and helpful staff, and for me a super convenient location. I didn’t eat it but breakfast looked quite appetising.

The shower was not hot enough for me and the bed was too hard. I have friends who prefer a hard bed and a cool shower, for them it would be perfect.
