The best part about staying at this hotel was definitely the comfortable and well-designed common areas. Everything was thoughtfully arranged — from cozy seating to clean shared spaces, making it a great place to relax or get some work done. The Wi-Fi was fast and stable, which made remote work and streaming a breeze. I also appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks available throughout the day — a small touch that made a big difference in the overall experience.

Since it’s more of a airbnb than a hotel, you can tell they’re trying hard with cleanliness, but there’s still room for improvement. Some things like water stains, smudged mirrors, and dull floors could probably be taken care of more easily with modern cleaning methods. It didn’t ruin the stay, but it was noticeable.

Facilities were very clean and the toilet was very nicely designed. The room had almost everything even though it was a little small. They had an AI system which was pretty cool. Hotel provided really nice breakfast with beef noodles and turkey rice. They also provide supper, but we didn’t have it cos our plans didn’t allow for it.

Honestly really only the location. You have to take a cab (about NT170) to the town centre. It takes more than an hour by public transport.

Nice and clean rooms, good location close to a main road. nice touch with tea, sweets and afternoon snacks offered. friendly staff.

The in room computer control - it beeped overnight every hour and turning on and off the lights was overly complicated.

Quite far away from the city. No eateries nearby, need to order food delivery/call for a cab to get to the night markets. The starry night kids space is quite disappointing.

Hotel staff are very helpful, I left 3 jackets in my hotel room when I checked out. Hotel staff called me and helped me make arrangements for delivery to my next destination.

The staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast offered lots of variety and good food. The room was big and comfortable with a nice bed.
