Incredibly close to the metro station (less than a five minute walk) making trips around the city a breeze. Property owner and staff were kind and helpful, allowed us to coordinate a late check in when our flight arrived late and provided complimentary snacks and mini Prosecco bottles during the stay. The breakfast tickets were a great value, and allowed us to eat every morning at an amazing cafe just down the road. Couldn’t recommend any more highly!

The air conditioning did not run continuously through the night, we had to push the “powerful” button on the remote control to make the air run, however the room cooled down fairly quickly so it was not a major issue.

This accommodation comprises of 4 ensuite rooms (all with locked doors) in one apartment. Our room was roomy, extremely clean and the bed/pillows were really comfortable. The shower was great and the air con was a godsend in the 37° heat. The room had a fridge and a safe and outside the room was a communal area where there was a kettle, microwave and an array of plates, bowls and cutlery and sink, washing up liquid etc so you could make yourself something to eat if you wanted. The location was excellent, close to the Cipro Metro station (A line) and also the Valley Aurelia train station. It's close enough to walk to Vatican City. The area felt safe and the security to the building/apartment/room was good. Stefano was very good at making contact before arrival and he booked an airport transfer for us. Instructions on how to enter the building were clear and easy to follow. We had access to our room as soon as we arrived (about 1pm) and you can leave your luggage there after check out if you have a while before your flight. We would definitely stay here again! It was in an ideal location, very close to the Cipro metro station, so we could easily reach all the attractions. The Vatican is a pleasant 20-minute walk away. The Italian-style breakfast (coffee + croissant), which can be enjoyed in a nearby bar, was very delicious. It was a nice way to start the day! :) The hot shower was also nice after a lot of walking. There is also a balcony, but since it was January, we couldn't really use it. The air conditioning heats up the room in seconds. The cleaning lady was very nice, we had a great chat with her every day. We were able to see several less famous Roman attractions (such as the water cave under the Trevi Fountain, the Pyramid) on her recommendation. We were able to occupy the accommodation as early as 11 am, which was a huge help, and on the last day we were allowed to leave our luggage there until 6 pm, so we didn't have to carry it all over the city.

We liked the location as we could walk to the metro station and restaurants and cafes and they are close by other places to go. They provide you with vouchers every day for a cafe close by that has great coffee and croissants free from the property. They had cocktails at night and other food all day, too in that same restaurant. The beds were comfortable, and the staff was great. They provide you with a map and directions and the manager is wonderful and the woman is great that meets you the next day. They have a lift and a kitchen area in the hall if you want to eat in and bring food in and give you some snacks too.

The walls are a bit thin, and we could hear the neighbors' tv and children talking in the morning and sometimes in the evening, but we were in downtown Rome, and that can be normal and it is also a big city with lots of traffic but we liked the location very much as we didn't need a car.

Wonderful location, Vatican is 15-20 minutes walk, metro is 50 meters away. The area is full of restaurants, shops and fast food places, you will not stay hungry or thirsty. The vouchers for real Italian espresso and fresh, handmade croissants coincided with my wife's birthday and it was a really great and very tasty surprise. The room was cleaned every day. The parking was also very close. We are very happy with our stay in Rome. Stefano, thank you for everything!

Everything was great the rooms were clean and comfortable, the bathroom was very nice and a great size, and the room had a great amount of space to place your bags while you go out and explore the city. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to visit Vatican City especially early in the morning before the crowds. Stefano arranged a shuttle to make our late arrival to Rome much easier for us to get to his B&B. Stefano and his assistant are always helpful with any of your needs and is always checking in to make sure your stay is perfect!

Only thing that was a bit tricky was the doors at first but you just have to get use to them as some have double locks or need to be opened via a phone call but again Stefano is always there to help any of his clients with their entry no matter the time.

Communication from and with Stefano was excellent. The apartment offered shared kitchen and sitting area for all rooms. Throughout was extremely clean. Our room was very comfortable and we enjoyed having a veranda to chill on at the end of a long day. Great location with everything literally on doorstep, Metro, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc. The neighbourhood itself was very friendly and safe. Met some lovely people.

It is perfect location to visit Vatican for a reasonable price. My room was very nice and spacious with a private bathroom. AC worked perfectly when I occasionally needed it. It was nice to be treated with a coffee and croissant at the near by coffee shop each day. House keeping did a very nice job daily. My luggage got delayed and didn’t get delivered until after l left the place. Stefano was so helpful to make sure my luggage to be delivered to my new location. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

The check-in instruction is very clear. The room has a thoughtful touch. Communication with the host was very easy. The breakfast provided by the cafe in the neighbourhood was yummy.

I told the host that I can hear laundry sound early in the morning. The host then spoke to the cleaner and told them to do it at a later time. I appreciate their response to the feedback.

Great location a 2 minute walk from Cipro metro. Lots of coffee shops. bars and restaurants nearby. Really flexible check in. Super comfortable beds and pillows. Really good quality bedding and towels. Spotlessly clean! Friendly staff available to help with anything. I will return.
