The accommodation was really good and very convenient, especially because it was close to the highway. That was important for us since we only stayed for one night as a stopover on our way to Bosnia to visit family. Everything went smoothly. Check-in was easy, we got a key card and went straight to the room. The bathroom was clean and modern, the bed was comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep. Breakfast the next morning was tasty, and check-out was quick and uncomplicated. There was a small tourist tax, but that was clearly mentioned beforehand. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

We had a pleasant stay at your hotel for two nights. The hotel and staff were exceptional, making our experience very enjoyable. The breakfast was good, though it could be improved to better accommodate dietary restrictions such as milk protein intolerance. The location of the hotel is very convenient, being close to the town centre, thermals, and the swimming pool. The old town is amazing and added to the charm of our visit. We were very pleased with our stay and appreciate the warm hospitality. Thank you!

There were a couple of minor issues. While the room lacked a fridge, the staff kindly allowed us to store our food in their fridge, which was very helpful. Another issue was the electric banner outside the hotel that changed colors, which my colleagues found a bit unpleasant during the night.

We regularly stay at this hotel on our journey from the UK to our place in Croatia. Ptuj is an ideal stop for us and since discovering the Pomaranca it has become a favourite stop. The hotel is modern so may not be to everyone's taste, but the rooms are both comfortable and spotlessly clean. Every time we visit, there are different staff, but they have all been good. The restaurant is not somewhere to take someone on a date, but the food is good. I particularly like their breakfasts where freshly cooked eggs and omelettes are available in addition to the normal buffet items.

The room interior was good. Bathroom equipment works perfect.

Room's window goes to quite popular road, where cars run even at night, so need to use air condition to he able to sleep. The breakfast was rather poor (although we were close to the end time)

Kind staff and very clean room. Breakfast was OK, and the room was quiet during the night until people woke up. The fact that the hotel has a restaurant and a cafe is a huge plus. I can recommend it.

It's written that the hotel doesn't have an elevator. I think it's not a good idea that the bathroom/ toilet 's door is a glass door. There was no outlet next to the bed. In general, nothing major for us.

I loved how it was so close to the main part of town while also being just far enough away that I got to take that lovely walk across the bridge every morning and evening. Breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel. Restaurant had great food and that was super convenient. Overall awesome stay!

Towels could use an upgrade and sometimes it was difficult to get attention at the front desk (though a busy restaurant will understandably do that)

Located in close proximity to the city center, the hotel offers everything you need and more. The park, situated by the river, proved to be a delightful experience for our children, with its cleanliness and excellent facilities. Moreover, the hotel staff was incredibly approachable and friendly. Given the opportunity, we would definitely choose to visit Ptuj again

There is a nice parking area in front of the hotel The staff was very friendly and check-in process was very fast. The room as described and very clean. Dinner was very nice - great service and good price, excellent food.

We left earrings in the room and contacted the hotel next day via e-mail and Facebook. Unfortunately no one replied to our messages. We contacted the hotel via phone, communication was OK but earrings are lost...

The Pomoranca is our usual stop when travelling from the UK to Dalmatia every year. It is not in the best of locations, but is a reliable place to stop Good modern rooms and a restaurant which serves good food but not in a terribly stylish dining room. The hotel is probably about ten years old now, but it has been well maintained, and still feels fresh and clean.

Breakfast this year was not as good as previously. It is now an adequate buffet, while previously freshly fried eggs or omelettes were offered.

Friendly and helpful staff. Lia shout out to you! Absolutely amazing breakfast and the restaurant was perfect for dinner. Mohammed, the chef made the most delicious food. Plenty of parking space available.

The rooms were a bit warm due to central heating so got a bit stuffy, luckily we opened the windows and it helped a lot. Just note that if you have a lot of luggage ask for a room on first floor as you will need to carry the luggage up the stairs.
